Fairly quick drying. No chemical smells.

We had our showers cleaned and sealed last week. We were very pleased with the results. The tech, Darrin was so nice and helpful and did a great job.
It was our last experience that we were not pleased with. We had two area rugs taken away and cleaned. They told me that they would let me know the cost before they cleaned them. They told the what the cost would be for the large one and that was cleaned and returned.
The small one I called back to ask them what the cost would be and they still didn't know. The rug was finally returned and the guy and I thought the price I paid when the first rug was returned would include the small rug (3X5). It didn't there was an additional cost of $55 for the rug I only paid $30 for when I bought it. Had I known the rug would have cost that much I would not have had it cleaned!

I am a designer and have used your service for quite a few of my clients. Since the incident last year, I haven't used your service for anyone but myself. I also had one of your techs leave a job that he was frustrated with and he never returned to finish. My client told me about this after the fact. I don't think my client ever called to report the problem.

I wish I could have had more say in the window of arrival. I felt like I was not given an option. I like the work that was done, but having the cleaner finish the job at almost 6pm, when there is a 6 - 8 hour dry time, and I have little children with no where to sleep until around 1am, that is not a good thing. If I could have had the cleaner come earlier in the day, it would have been better. But when I setup the appointment, the person over the phone made it seem like that time was my only option.

I'd rate a 9 on the work completed, and a 2 on the scheduling and convenience.

Consistent service. I had a wonder carpet cleaner this time, however, that is only one out of the last three or four cleanings

the tecnition works hard, does a good job. i prefer not to have too much water in the carpet.

I like that the gentleman that cleaned my carpet was thorough, polite, and not pushy.

One area was not cleaned completely. Left a stripe of unclean. Not noticeable until after the carpet was sufficiently dry.

The service person was knowledgeable and friendly and was very professional. He took special care to protect base boards. That was not done by the company that cleaned carpets the last time I had them cleaned. The carpets were much improved from the condition that they were in. I did like the fact that there was no soap residue and the carpets dried quickly.

The person who came was very pleasant and could answer our questions confidently. The job he did was amazing. At first I was quite concerned with the cost. It was more than I had been quoted by other companies. However, well worth it. I have light blended carpet. There were extremely dark areas where the couches sat and in the hallway. The carpet is about 8-9 years old. He was able to remove all the large dark areas. There are a few small spots but overall, it looks like brand new carpet. The carpet was so bad that I was stressing that we would need to replace the carpet. We had company coming to our house and decided to try Zerorez. I am so impressed. I would definitely use them again, and highly recommend them to others.

I love my clean clean carpets and it is true that they stay clean so much longer than other companies. I also love the kind and prompt service.

My family room carpet shrunk. I would have appreciated knowing this possibility before I had it cleaned.

There were a couple of areas that just weren't clean - the spots appeared after the carpet dried and I could see it in a different light. One high traffic area just inside my front door was equally soiled - part of it got cleaned and part didn't. After 24 hours there were still a few spots that weren't dry yet.

I have used Zerorez several times and I have been happy everytime. Using no soap leaves the carpet soft and dirt doesn't seem to adhere as quickly as with traditional cleaning methods. I had great service from Chris, and even though the appointment was quite late, he took time to be sure everything was clean and to my liking. Thanks!

I like the fact that you do not leave residue in the carpet. This makes me feel the carpet is much cleaner

I was impressed with Taylor Willnow, the young man who cleaned my carpets. Very personable and very professional. We will ask for him to come back.

Your representative / operator was very prompt, called about the timing of his visit, was courteous, friendly, clean, instructional, and invited/suggested other services but not aggressive or pushy. We would look forward to having him be our serviceman in the future visits that we request. The job was done thoroughly, without a hassle or mess anywhere and the carpets were taken care of very well. We appreciated the whole service. J and J

quality service and promises kept

The carpets seemed very wet after and took much longer to dry than the time that was told me (I was told 6-8 hours but it took about 14hrs). Also, the technician smelled very badly of smoke, which I didn't appreciate AT ALL because I have 3 small children, and the reason I chose zerorez was because I try and avoid chemicals and toxins in my home so it was a bit silly to have safe carpet cleaning done when the technician dragged smoke smell throughout my home :( (my carpets looked really great after, this was just the negatives of the experience).
