Fast friendly service and did what was said
Yellow stains come back up, even with the special $ 75 pet stain treatment. Please tell people that. Mine came right back within 2 days.

My only complaint is that I was told the only time slot I could have was 2-5pm. I requested earlier. So I was planning on the late appointment. To my surprise your cleaner called me at 9:30am and said he'd be here in 10 minutes. I wasn't ready! Your scheduling seems messed up.
The tech did a great job cleaning our carpet and couches. He was professional and respectful.
Since I have used Zerorez for years, the one issue that I have had is that, until this experience, which I scheduled first thing in the morning, being reasonably on time didn't happen and was very irritating. I also don't appreciate the "up-selling" which, again this time, I requested not to happen and the request was respected.
Overall, this last experience was very satisfying:-)
Don't advertize a price that will change. If you're add says $30 dollars a room, that should be the total cost. This last minute water fee of $9 was a hidden fee.
The cleaning went great, most dark spots removed. It was fast, they came early and the techs were really nice.
I really appreciate that there are no overpowering or flowery odors. The carpets also seem to stay cleaner longer than with other processes.
How quick and efficient the service is.
The dry time promised on the phone was not truthful and I had brown marks that had got my carpet cleaner out and went over it with vinegar water it came out

It was my first time using Zerorez, and I was very happy.
The technician who did my carpet was excellent, i.e., very helpful, efficient and kind. I would recommend him, I believe his name was Alan, to anyone. I'm sorry to say I can't say the same for the phone service people or some of your rules. Other companies I have worked with are much more accommodating.
Excellent cleaning - no residue - great people who do the work
The price was doubled over the price quoted. The initial employee who set the appointment and provided the quote didn't ask what kind of carpet we had. Our carpet is a low pile wool Berber .
We were quoted $250. When the tech arrived, he quoted $500.
We were able to call and after prolonged haggling got a price reduction.
The initial employee should be trained to ask a few simple questions.
My carpets look great after you clean them and your service providers, from the phone to the actual carpet cleaner are very professional.
I was apprehensive to have my carpets cleaned after having several bad experiences with other companies, and as a result, my carpet was dirtier than normal. I was worried that I had waited to long and my carpet was beyond cleaning. Not knowing who I should trust with my carpets, I asked my neighbor who owns the carpet company that installed the carpet in my home who I should have clean it, and he said zerorez. I am so happy I called! I couldn't be happier with the results. The tech was very professional and nice, and he worked hard to make sure I was completely satisfied. The water process that zerorez uses to clean carpets is so awesome. My carpets love fantastic! I will never use a different company. You have a lifelong customer and I tell everyone about Zerorez now!
The technician moved our sofa back onto the wet carpet without blocks. The big black wooden feet bled onto the carpet, and now I have a couple of large black stains on my light cream carpet -- right in the middle of the room.
Then another technician came to try to get the stain out and couldn't do it. He was supposed to come back again today (Dec. 13th) and try another solvent, but he didn't call or come. Very frustrated.
I liked that there was no use of harsh chemicals. Our carpets and upholstery seem very clean after the process. I was also impressed with the professional and friendly way Dillon and Jarem treated me. They explained and demonstrated everything before proceeding. Very pleased with the work and we will certainly call again in the future.
The service man was very knowledgeable. He did a fantastic job especially in corners and along walls where many other cleaning companies have missed.
