The carpet feels so wonderful after it has been cleaned. We appreciate the friendly and congenial service people. Service is fast and friendly. Carpet dries quickly.

Well. I had signed up for $125.00 service. Once the technician had inspected the areas he had asked if i wanted the stains in 2 rooms removed. I replied yes . But Zerorez had cleaned the carpets 2 times since the stains occurred and they were still there. The technician stated with a new system he could remove all the stains but out would cost about $400.00 . I agreed and made it known that i would pay that maybe amount only if the stains were removed. After he completed he had stated that even though the appear to be there now that by morning . Would be gone. Actually. Since the carpet is cleaner the stains look worse. The stains are still there and I would much appreciate the extra money I paid to . Returned. I agreed to a cleaning then made a . Deal. excessive amount to have to stains remove. I was guaranteed that they would be removed. I guaranteed I would pay if they were removed. They look worse
The carpet looks really good and it dries quickly
The guy was very polite and explained everything. He worked quickly but did a amazing job. He had me check everything to make sure that I was satisfied.
My carpet and tile became very clean, I was amazed! Better than I thought they would. It had been a long time since having my carpets cleaned and I had never had my tile professionally cleaned. I loved how fast the dried! I was also very impressed with Angelo! He was a VERY hard worker and very professional. I couldn't believe he was only 20.
We have white carpet over 10 years old. Zerorez was able to restore it to almost new condition Technician was courteous and very efficient

Details. I got my tile cleaned and along the edge of the whole kitchen about 1" out from the wall was still dirty. The front room has a closet and he didn't open the closet to clean the carpet that leads into it which you can see even with the door shut. So just finishing with the details would improve the service.
Technician was very knowledgeable and I was very pleased with how clean my carpet was. Price wasn't bad either. Definitely my go to place now for carpet cleaning.

You have my previous response - the new guy who came out to try and fix things appeared to do a good job - I am much happier than before but disappointed that we had to go through all of this. My major question is - since the supervisor did re-clean the carpets - did he also reapply the carpet protectant? The first guy had said that your process removes any protectant that was in the carpet by the manufacturer and we paid to have it applied after the carpet was cleaned??? did it get reapplied with this second cleaning??? I don't think so - please respond...
I have put off doing this. I was very impressed with the men who cleaned our carpet. I thought he carpet looked great when they left. I thought they tried to give me a good deal. However that night I found two black gouges in the porcelain in our tub that were not there before. There are a few areas/spots that look like they need to be cleaned, one being where you can see in the entry. I think they tried hard to do a good job and please us. I know accidents can happen.
When scheduling online I wish I could have selected a more definite time window that you could come.

Friendly, fast service. Helpful explanation of the products. One constructive comment, I received an email confirming my appointment, which was great. However, the email instructions were very long, I bet that most people don't read it at all because it is so long, I suggest trying to simplify it. Also, the email did not have your contact information on it, it just seems like that is something you should include on there. I loved your service, just thought that feedback would be helpful.

Rick was very polite and knowledgeable. He informed me of extra services available to help clean my carpets and get out pet stains but certainly wasn't pushy about selling them to me. And I felt like most of the cleaning services were already included in the price I was quoted. I have used other companies in the past but I was definitely more impressed with rick and zerorez. I'm sure I'll be using them again in the future.

The technician was hurried and went over the carpet quickly with very little contact time between the vacuum head that was releasing the empowered water (and suctioning it back up). The carpets were wet until the next day. Total time spent in my home cleaning was under 2 hours for a $700 job. The technician initially didnt give me the online special (even though I had booked online) and when pointed out did honor it so the price decreased to $654. I was expecting a more thorough cleaning and overall felt like the objective was to get as much money out of the customer as possible.
