Very thorough, friendly and efficient.
Chris was very nice, and thoroughly explained everything to me. I felt very comfortable with him and his assistant working in my home. My carpets have never looked so good! I am VERY happy that my friend, Farrah Johnson, referred me to Chris. He was extremely professional and respectful. Thank you!
Kind of a bait and switch promotion. I called because I heard a three areas for $99 and ended up paying almost $650 for five areas. Yes I agreed to the pet treatment and stain protectant, but I won't ever call Zerorez again.

I hired Zerorez because you offered both carpet and tile cleaning services. Had I wanted carpet cleaning only, I could have hired another company at a significantly less expensive rate. After the carpets had been cleaned, the tech attempted to begin cleaning the tile and his equipment failed. It took your company more than 2 1/2 hours to respond with a replacement machine. By then it was 8:30 pm. Your techs were tired, cold and my house was also cold from being open for 4 1/2 hours in an effort to keep your hoses from freezing. While they were willing to stay and finish the job, I told them it was okay to go as it had taken way too much of everyone's time and effort. I stayed up late into the night cleaning the tile for myself as I have no other days prior to the holidays to have this work done. The carpet did look nice and as advertised was not "crunchy", but your lack of support as a company for your techs and ability to provide replacement equipment left me very dissatisfied.
It looks so clean and smells so fresh. I am very happy with the price as well. My carpet looks brand new!

From my first call to the projects finish the communication was clear and knowledgeable. I knew the carpets we wanted cleaned would be a challenge. 30 year old carpeting old school shag that has seen heavey use and abuse. We have had several contractors and company's provide or attempt to provide servces and in most every case we have not recieved the results one would expect from professionals. Zerorez sent a technician that clearly knew what and how to best treat and clean the flooring. The technician was great at explaining what and why and the final bill was just as the estimate stated and was clear and simple to understand. This is my childhood home and I expect any work done there to be perfict. My expections were by far exceeded by the results the Zerorez provided.

Isaiahs was prompt, friendly, and did an excellent job. He was just going to do the carpets but we decided to take advantage of cleaning our vents also. He worked hard, efficient, and got all of the stains out. We like Zerorez because it gets things clean and it dries so quickly. We are sold on Zerorez.
