The customer service was great. We are pleased with the results after a different technician came and did the job correctly the second time.
The technician was very professional and knowledgeable about the products and services offered. I appreciated the time he took to explain the ZeroRez technique - why it's different and HOW it's different. He was fast and thorough, the carpets looked great, dried quickly, and were clearly fully cleaned.

No chemicals left on carpet or tile
I've wanted to try zerorez for a long time. Your technician Chris was so good at explaining how the carpet is cleaned with your system, using the iodine in water bottles. I loved that he was sold on the process and then he worked efficiently to clean my carpets and add the protectant as well.He is a great asset to your company, and now I can see why zerorez is so great. Missed corners, areas not clean. The heavy track areas are great because more time focused on them, but the general areas look just the same. Only the REALLY SOIL areas look good again probably because of the added time spent on them. Disappointed.
Professional, no chemicals, and you actually get stains out that others could not.

My white carpet is clean. It didn't take long to clean it or for it to dry.

Your technician was very nice and wanted me to check my rooms to see if I was satisfied before he moved on to the next area. I was very impressed I will highly recommend zerorez to my friends and family. I have used many companies in the past non of them were as good and friendly as zerorez.
It feels different than the other company's I've used in the past. Before my experience with Zerorez, I've felt it was dishonest in a way. The final amount was never what you expected in the beginning. And the service wasn't worth it. Zerorez does a phenomenal job getting in, being upfront & honest with the cost, and leaving your home smelling citrusy clean. I've been very pleased.

After cleaning the vents I would like to have seen the difference. But didn't think about asking the technician. It's always good to see the proof that your product you're paying for is working in the way you thought it should.

Professional technicians-job well done
Cleaning was thorough. Technician was excellent. We wish we could have had a tighter time slot than anytime between 8 am and 5 pm. We were ready and prepared at 8 am and then had to sit on folding chairs all day as our furniture was all stacked in the kitchen/living room or bathrooms!! At 2 pm I called your office and found out Tech would be here between 3 and 6. Technician did not arrive until after 6 pm. All our waiting was a day wasted.
The best system out there for cleaning carpets. Even old carpets look like new. Love it

My carpets look much newer than they are. I can't see a noticable difference from traffic areas and less used areas. They stay cleaner longer. After using zerorez about 4 years ago I can't imagine using anything else. We had a lot of pet stains this year and after the carpets were cleaned my house smelled so good.
It looked great when they were finished and they were so nice when they were here. Like the demonstrations they gave me too!
