We specifically had the treatment for pet mishaps, the smell returned within a few days. We even had the "enzyme treatment" at a whopping $70+ for an area of 12 x 10, which I was not impressed with, and also the tech after being informed where the dog had urinated repeatedly, only went over the area once, which I did not see how he could possibly get it cleaned. So what now? Replacing year old carpet is not an option. Any help would be great.

I had Clemente clean my rental property. He did GREAT. I called again thinking I would get Clemente and a kid with red hair showed up and I got terrible service. Wet carpet for four days. I won't use your service unless Clemente does it. Lose the red head and hire more like Clemente.

Jarom, the person who cleaned our carpet, was very polite, efficient, and thorough. Since we have used your service before, he didn't have to explain much. I pointed out the stained areas before he started. He showed me the same areas when he was done. I knew some probably wouldn't come out. He was honest in telling me which ones didn't and why. The professialism of you service people and the quality of cleaning is much appreciated. Also, they prepare the home for the hoses that are used i.e. corner covers.

They smell good and seem to leave the carpets really clean. Only time will tell if the clean stays but two days into it, it looks great.

My carpets smelled fresh and clean and it was quick.

The job was not as good as the first time. The rugs are not clean; the edges look like they were not cleaned; spots still remain throughout. I paid for more (pet stain removal and scotchguard) plus having the stairs done, and I'm very disappointed because nothing looks clean. This was not my carpet. I clean houses and this was one that I recommended
you to based on the last one you did. I have rescheduled the cleaning for March 6, but I don't really want the same person to do it based on the results.

I appreciated the phone calls letting me know when to expect the Zerorez representative to arrive. Daniel, the man who cleaned my carpets, was quick and efficient in his service and did a great job cleaning my trouble areas.

We called because we had recently discovered a mouse and after eliminating it we wanted the areas cleaned where we suspected he was running around. Daniel suggested spraying the enzyme cleaner over several areas to eliminate harmful bacteria. I thought that was a good idea so we went forward with it, but I started to worry when he came out of my pantry coughing because of the fumes, which are supposedly harmless. He proceeded to spray my living room carpet but I stopped him before he covered the whole area because the scent was absolutely overpowering. I had a headache and, surprisingly, a sore throat for the rest of the night and had to open up all of my windows on a cold night to try and air things out. By the next morning, the smell had dissipated a bit but was still much too strong for my liking. I'm sure the enzyme cleaner is fine in small doses, but covering an entire pantry and half a living room was way too much. I wouldn't have agreed to this service had I known how strong the smell would be.

Other than that we are happy with how things look. I would recommend Zerorez, but not the enzyme spray!

I like that my carpet is clean

They get the job done. I think you should run a service called 'around the furniture cleaning'. I would like to have all the walkways cleaned but don't want to pay a full room price for such a small space. I think you could get a lot of business doing that. Moving furniture is a big hassle if you only need the areas that are always walked on.

Maybe nothing. It might just be that our carpets are too old, but my high traffic areas still look dirty. There are some spots that I was advised of ahead of time that would probably not come out, and I understand that. But, I did think maybe I would see more results on the high traffic areas. We used you two years ago, and had the scotch-guard type treatment put on them then. I'm just a little disappointed.

After my carpets were dry, they smelled and looked brand new. I am so happy!!

Pricing is just too high

Zero Rez employee was kind and courteous. I thought he had done a fantastic job until I walked to the basement. That stain must be super hard to get out, because it still remains. The represenative of zero rez didnt inform me of this. I found out a day later after the carpet had dried. Other than that great service.

I find your request to be premature. I was very satisified with the service. The young man was very professional. My carpets look good, BUT the real test comes with time - only with time will I know if your cleaning methods leave no residue to attract dirt and cause my carpets to get dirty more quickly. So ignore the 5 rating, give me a few months, and then ask me again

No soaps in my carpets and rugs

Two days after I had Zerorez clean my carpets I had them clean two of my favorite chairs. They are light cream colored upholstery and I was pretty nervous about having them cleaned. I was very pleased with how they turned out.

I love how clean the carpets look and feel. I especially loved that when they dried, they were

soft rather than crunchy like they were when I used another company.

Would like to have seen the mess he dumped out from the canister cleaned up instead of left on my porch, and the mess from the vents that escaped his vacuum also cleaned up from my carpet.

The tech who came, David, did an excellent job and was helpful in explaining what he was doing.
