David, your employee was friendly and knowledable about carpet and the fabric on the couches. He did an excellent job on the white couches and chair. They have never look this good since they were new. He really took his time and did not skimp on time or effort. He was good to explain everythng and give us hints on the care of our carpets and furniture.
The carpets look fantastic! They look much better than I ever thought they would. The technician was so respectful, friendly and very helpful! I would want him, I believe his name was Jarom, to clean my carpets again. I am so pleased!
The cleaning was amazing...I really thought my carpets would never look this good. The technicians were professional and I felt very comfortable with them in my home. I am more then thrilled!

When I let you know that I was not happy with the first cleaning your technician came again and pretty well fixed the problem. The fact that I had to move my furniture and replace it the second time was not appreciated.
I think you do a very good job of cleaning carpets. You were able to remove some stains that I hadn't been able to remove.

My carpets look like new. There is no smell. The technician was on time and took great care to put guards to save my furniture from damage with the hoses. He was able to get out some dried on nail polish.

I appreciated the professionalism of the young man who came to clean the carpets. He was informative and made me aware of options without being pushy.
I was very satisfied with my cleaning. However, I wasn't thrilled with the costumer service before I received my cleaning. I was scheduled to have my cleaning done between 3-6pm. We moved all our furniture and toys and made arrangements to leave work early, and also dropped family off at the airport early so that we would be available at 3. We were told that someone would call us a half hour before they would arrive. By 6, we had heard nothing. I had to call the office to confirm that someone was still coming. I was told it would be another hour and a half. Obviously this was going to be way too late. My children would already be in bed. We had done a lot of shuffling of schedules to get our cleaning done at this particular time and the office told me because of this inconvenience they would only charge me $4 per stair instead of $5. For a company that wants me to be a raving fan, I was a little disappointed at your $13 apology. The secretary told me that someone could be there first thing in the morning. She said that someone would leave Murray at 8:00 and could be at my house by 8:30. Our technician was at our home at 9:30. The whole experience just left a bad taste in my mouth.
I was very impressed with our technician. My husband told him that someone was supposed to clean our carpets the day before and he was kind enough to clean our daughters room for free.
Although I was satisfied with my cleaning, I'm not sure I will be a returning customer.

Zerorez service is quick and efficient. The carpet smells clean and looks great afterwards. I was wanting to replace my carpet downstairs, but after Zerorez, the carpet looked so clean that I didn't need to replace it. The two techs that have come out to clean my carpets have been polite and clean cut. Thanks for such great service!
