We were told that the technician would arrive between 3 and 6 pm. We got a call at 3 pm that said the technician would be here at 4 pm. I called at 4 pm, because I needed to run an errand with my son, but, having been told that the technician was "on his way", I told ?Brittany that I would have my husband come home early from work so as to be available. Well, my husband came home early from work, and then the technician did not get here until shortly after 6 pm. We did not think that the company was respectful of our time or commitments. We understand an available window, but then when that is narrowed down, and commitments are made, then a company should stick with those. In the end, the technician did not leave until after 7 pm.
I like that they were quick, clean and efficient. @
You clean the carpet better than any other carpet cleaner I've had. I am always amazed by how well your system gets out even the toughest carpet issues. Sincerely... you're the best carpet cleaners I've ever experienced.
Even though I did not like my technician this time at all. He tried to upsell me at every turn and where I was prepared to spend more than the sell on the job... he would have never known it because he didn't let me get a word in edge-wise. I'm sure he knows his stuff, but I didn't want to know all that he knew. I just wanted my carpet clean and I wanted to feel like the additional amount my wife hoped to have cleaned would be an equally "good deal." Instead, the kid tried to teach me all about carpet cleaning and sell me on more in a "used-car salesman" type way and that just turned me off. I thought to myself, "Let's just get the $69 deal and get this kid out of my house!" His cleaning job was great... have no problems there. Just everything else. What's more, he was on the phone the whole time he cleaned which meant he had to talk loudly to talk over the equipment. Annoying, right? Yeah... could not wait to get him out of our house.
The technician was prompt, very knowledgable, and polite. He cleaned our carpets quickly and told me about other services offered by Zerorez.
I really liked the way the carpets turned out. And I especially liked the fellow that did the work. His name is Daniel and he is an asset to your company.
I think the service guys did a good job, but I was shocked at the price to clean my dryer vent, which was the reason I called in the first place, and didn't know what the price would be until they were allready at my home, if I had know the price, I probably would have gotten someone else to do it. I was also shocked at the price to clean my stairs, and was not able to get all the rooms done because I had a coupon to do three rooms and in the past with other companies if I just need a couple of walkways done that are pretty small, they will count those all together as an area, but I was told the hall which is pretty small, counts as one area, and that each rooms walkways count as an area, so I would have to pay extra for the extra walkways in the small bedrooms, these were so small especially one of them that I was pretty disappointed that this was the case. I could barely afford to get done what I did and could not pay for anymore. In the future I probably will contact other companies and get bids before even calling your company.

I was Quoted 3 different prices by the scheduler.
1 family room 4 bedrooms 1 hallway and 17 stairs.
1st she told me it would be 165$
later in the conversation she said it was 185$
5 minutes after scheduling the appointment, she called back saying the price was $204
But she would take 4$ off for the mixup. (Generous!:)
Upon completion my wife was billed 260$
and all we added to the original price was 1 closet at 15$
The cleaning was fine... The taking of my order & pricing was very misleading.
& I felt ripped off.
The price paid seems more than expected. The carpet stayed wet a lot longer than expressed. The tech said it would be dry in 5 to 6 hours and it wasn't completely dry for 24 hours.
some stains were not removed where it transitions from tile to carpet not satisfied where carpet meets base board.
Your technician offered solutions to get my carpets extra clean and sanitized. He knew exactly what would work on the stains/spills on the carpet. I feel that he saved me from having to replace the carpet.

I was mainly dissatisfied with the length of drying time. He said it would dry in 4-6 hours. He left my house around 10:30 and parts of my carpet (with windows cracked open and decent breeze) were still damp around 6:00 that evening! I lowered my thermostat and cracked all the windows for lots of hours. It was very cold for a long time and still had damp carpet. No area was dry after 6 hours. The guy was very nice and I am happy with the cleaning.
The carpet seemed cleaner than other times we have had it done. The representative was very nice and friendly.

Our carpets really seem clean. The fist time we had Zerorez, you were able to get out stains that other cleaners were not able to remove. We also like the good prices with the three room promotions. We used a KSL promotion this time and felt like we got a good deal.

I am thrilled with the effeciencey of the work and the ability to remove stains in such a short anount of time. I had my house cleaned and then a gift to my friend First name removed to have her house cleaned. The workers were pleasant and tidy and couldn't have been nicer.
