We used Zerorez again because we were so pleased with our previous visit. However, I was very disappointed in Jerry(?). He did no spotting, did places we had asked him not to. He spent more time trying to sell a furnace filter than he did on the carpet. I had to ask him to bring in corner protectors becauce we had just painted throughout-he brought in two. I am very dissapointed in the way the carpet looks. I will use zerorez again (I think) please not with the same guy!!
I think your prices are high, but I received quality work.
I don't want to put a lot of chemicals on my carpet, I like the Zerorez cleaning concept, my carpets aren't sloppy wet after they've been cleaned, in fact, they take no time at all to completely dry.
Matt cleaned my carpets on Monday, he was so nice. A friend dropped by as my carpets were being cleaned, she was so impressed that she is planning on having her carpets, and her daughter's carpets cleaned.

I was very pleased with the technician who cleaned my carpets. However, a different technician cleaned my parents carpets in December and did not do a very good job. Multiple phone calls were made to that technician and he never went back to remedy the situation. I told my technician of the problem and he said he would go to my parents home and remedy the situation. Nothing has been done and their carpets were cleaned in Dec. I'm disappointed that no one will follow up and respond to the poor service my parents received.

Third day since carpets were cleaned and I have quite a few stains that are still visible. Drying time took 24 hours. Heat was turned down and ceiling fans running the whole time.

Yes, my carpets and ducts are clean, but it is now 2 days later and the carpeted stairs are still very wet and in some other places are very damp. And there are vent screws that are not all the way in, but stripped so they are sticking out just enough to catch ankles and crawling babies. And why is it that you use a vacuum to clean the ducts but can't manage to clean up the mess that you create around it as you pull the vacuum out?

When we heard their ad on KSL Doug Wright show, I called from my cell phone and made the appointment. We could not believe it only took them 45 minutes, and the results were beyond our wildest expectations ! We would totally recommend this company to anyone.
