Carpets taking a LONG time to dry. Definitely longer than the 6-8 hours e were told. Maybe a higher posted extraction device or bring high powered fans to help. After 15 hours still damp in many places.

I like the process you use. My carpets dry fast. I have had three different technicians and they have all been very professional. I am actually having one of your technicians come out today to see about cleaning my two favorite cream colored chairs. I'm a little nervous but wouldn't trust anyone else with them.

Carpets get cleaned without chemical residue.

Luis was great. He was able to get all the stains our of my carpets that the other guys left behind. Its been a few days and the carpet still looks great.

My carpet was imported and thus a challenge to be cleaned without water. Zerorez did a good job.

I had my dryer vent cleaned and the power of the vacuum collapsed part of the vent. The technician did his best to straighten it out, but it needs to be fixed. He told me that a supervisor would be calling me and I have yet to receive a call. I have used you many times and the last two visits have been disappointing. Both times the technician has had to return to fix something. The first time my living room carpets were not completely cleaned (several areas had been missed) and the carpets were extra wet. This time I have a dryer vent issue. I'm not sure if I will spend the money with you again.

I use you guys every time we get our carpets cleaned -- you do a great job -- I just get tired of all the upselling....

After carpet dried it didn't really look clean and carpet felt stiff on the botton of feet.
The area rugs took longer than told 2 weeks and 4 days. The tan rug was not cleaned around the edges and dark spots where the machine bounced over. The red rug wasn't rich in color. Oh well can not use your company again, I spent over 280.00 for bad cleaning.

Clean clean carpet no residue soft and clean

The drying time took a little longer than we expected. But we are happy with the results and had a good experience.

Knowledgable sales people. Courtous, friendly and professional. Daniel our service tech was great.

I am pleased with the results, however I had one room that had pet odors. The smell has returned. I am wondering if a second cleaning would fix it, or if I need to replace the carpet all together. But the other rooms look great.

Fast and professional service. They have always done a great job for me. They are really friendly and good with my children.

Efficient, effective, excellent result. Doesn't attract more dirt or stains as do other chemical treatments. I've been a Zerorez fan even when you were Aqua-something!

I've had other carpet cleaning companies clean my carpets, and they do not stay clean as long as when Zerorez does the cleaning. I'm convinced that the technology is superior. The technicians that do the work are always very polite, and they always do very good work. I have always been very pleased with the service. The prices are very competetive as well.

The technician was excellent. I showed him the problem areas that I was concerned about and that had not been cleaned well at all by another company a 3-4 months ago and he was very attentive and explained what he would try to do to get them clean. He worked very hard to get these areas cleaned and succeeded. Our carpet looks great and I will definitely call Zerorez for future cleaning.

Get the cleaning right the first time!

My carpet was SOOOOO clean. When they came back the next year and it didn't look as good as the first time I had them out, they redid it.

He spent time making sure the carpets were clean. He was very considerate-I liked that he wore shoe covers and put protective shields on the corners so that the hoses wouldn't chip the paint. He was friendly and accommodating.

Train them to use manners! Technician was quite arrogant. He bad-mouthed the previous techs that had come to clean, saying they didn't do it correctly. (My cleaning was actually a rinsing of some animal pretreat that did not rinse well the first time.) He told me to fill out the survey after they were done, and that there would be a place that I could write down how 'awesome' he was. He was not awesome. He was pushy and obnoxious. He kept trying to sell me services I did not want. He criticized former employees and the company's training. He contradicted me when I told him what services I had had previously done (inspite of my receipts!) He said that's now how it's done, blah blah blah.

BEDROOM FLOOR NOT CLEANED TO OUR SATISFACTION. DID NOT NOTICE IT UNTIL NEXT MORNING.

HAD FRESH BLOODSTAIN IN FAMILY ROOM. DID NOT REMOVE IT. WE FELT THAT IF HE WOULD HAVE USED SOME MORE EFFORT, IT COULD HAVE BEEN REMOVED. I HAVE SINCE REMOVED STAIN MYSELF. HAD PERSON CLEAN MOST OF THAT ROOM OVER AGAIN.

On time service and job well done.

The urine smell on all 3 areas still exist.
