I like that you clean carpets with the dirt not coming back for a long time. Most carpet cleaners come in and clean your carpet and with in a few day you can see the really bad spots.
I really liked how pretty my carpets looked and i loved how quickly they dried.

Chris! He really is a great tech! I do also like what your products do. I was totally overwhelmed and flabbergasted that Chris was able to get red stains out of my carpet that at least 2 other professionals had tried! Unbelievable! Yet I watched in right in front of my own eyes!!

My carpets never looks so clean they did a wonderful job.
The absence of "rez" at the completion of the service is a psychological win. Knowing that repeated treatments will not culminate in a build up of "rez" on my inventment in floor coverings.
I have had two treatments since moving to Utah three years ago. In both instances, my carpets have been left very clean, rejuvinated and like new, as they were when I moved in. The service technician in both instances were vastly knowledgable in use of the cleaning agents and their application. Both were a pleasure to have in my home and either are welcome back for my next treatment. The cleaning agents are also eco, pet and people frendly and that aspect makes the whole experience a win for me and my family.

The service was great. The only issue I had was the price was not as expected. One price was given on the phone and then the tech told me something else, which was quite a bit more than I had been told on the phone. I wasn't able to have several rooms cleaned when I thought they all would be.
When I used to clean my own rugs, I had the same mentality of rinsing and leaving nothing but ultra clean carpet and no soap behind. I am grateful I don't have to spend the day with rented equipment trying to accomplish the same result, and not coming close. Thx again, wonderful!

The system you use made my carpets (10-25 yrs old)look as if they were new. The whole house smelled fresh and clean and there was no soap residue. I have had many compliments on the way the carpets turned out. The two gentlemen were very professional representatives of your company and were very thorough. It was a very good experience! I have told many friends, family and co-workers about the your company. Keep up the good work!

Your able to pull large obstructions out of vents
Dallin was actually early for the appointment. He called to let me know and didn't just assume I would be ready for him. He very kindly asked if he could start early or if I need to wait until the appointment window - I appreciate the flexibility. Also, Dallin was not sure about how to clean my couch and rather than guess, he make calls to get help and when he didn't see an improvement he stopped and waited for my input.
The carpet looks beautiful - but the service is what impressed me the most.
The service rep was willing to re-do an area I thought needed more attention and I was impressed with how good my carpet looked when the cleaning was completed.
Your service was AMAZING. My carpet hadn't been cleaned in a few years and I wasn't sure it was even salvageable. The difference Zerorez made was like night and day and my carpets are revived! And the guy that came to our house was extremely friendly and professional. We'll definitely be using Zerorez again!
Efficient, effective, and timely - and cost-effective
Your rep left a grease spot behind the couch he cleaned. I know it was fresh because I tried to clean it up and some came up. I called imediately and was strung along all day with the idea that someone was going to come clean it up. At the end of the day the rep was not available on his phone and no one came. The customer service person made me feel like I was a liar. I had such high hopes and I was sorely disappointed.
