They did an excellent job on our carpets. They got stains out that I never thought would come out. It smelled wonderful with no perfume odors or crusty residue. I would highly recommend them.
I apprecited the friendly person who performed the cleaning. Broc was informative, friendly but did not push himself for more work. He suggested several other things we could have had done, but couldn't afford. We already recommended Zerorez to our son who has also had them come and clean their home. We will definitely had them come again - our carpets look great!

Can be more explicit as to the service you provide - like cleaning the carpet only - spots are extra, and the cost of protectors.
The tecnician was very informed but I learned what I wanted to know at the end of the cleaning rather than over the phone.
My carpet was cleaner than I expected it could ever be again. Your worker called in to find out how to remove a large area of candle wax that was melted deep into my living room carpet, and then he got it all out. I am very happy about that.
You service technician (Andrew) was informative and friendly. Was concerned about my well being and in doing a good job. He made sure that I knew that if some trouble spots reappeared in 7 days, that I should call in and have them corrected on a second visit. I could not be happier with the job.

The scheduling and appt follow up was excellent. The cleaning value was average as the cleaner didn't do a total of 6 areas and charged us for it. He also didn't clean the closet in the master bedroom.
The job was well done. My only issues were that each time I called the person on the other end of the line sounded very soft. I called three times and struggled to hear her. There were two spots left in the carpet that I was told was not fixable. I am a fan, but not necessarily a raving fan. Chances are that I will give you another shot.

Same day service, I found out that the new year's party was at my house at 10 am on Friday, December 30. I called at 1 pm to see if they could get me in, they were booked. 15 minutes later they called said that they had a cancellation. They were at my house at 4pm. Not only that but the carpet tech did such a wonderful job. My carpet looked brand new. Dry in 4-8 hrs. Loved the feel of carpet after it was dry. Sometimes it feels like theirs some kind of coating on it after it's cleaned and it's slippery, not zerorez. Mahalo Zerorez

The service tech was very pleasant and polite. He worked quickly and efficiently. My carpets looked beautiful when he finished and I loved that they checked for pet stains. I would absolutely recommend Zerorez to all of my family and friends!

I like that they didn't use soaps that are left on the carpet. They also. Heckled really well with a secoal light for pet spots. I have cats and don't want people who. Ome into my he to be able to smell them upon entering.
The spots are gone! I have tried many different carpet cleaning services and the spots always come back. I'm way impressed.
Improve price of pet clean up.
It's the best carpet cleaning I've ever had done. It dried quickly and the carpet really looked and smelled clean. The technician was awesome. He answered questions and was very professional.
The steam cleaning over water cleaning. It's faster and more effective.
I like the process that's used to clean leaving no soap and minimum dampness. Also, the suggestions by your technicians of how to maintain and extend the life of our carpet are appreciated.

It was easy to make an appointment. The technician arrived on time, was friendly, and careful to survey the areas of carpet before proceeding. He was not in any hurry, but did a very thorough and professional job. It was a great job, a great value. The Zerorez cleaning technology is unique, and it really works!

How quickly the carpet dried and how clean it looked and felt.
I had Zerorez before and loved the cleaning and service. Was very disappointed this time. I had spots that weren't there before but are there now. Its been almost a month and have horrible "darken" areas.If I had this service before I probably wouldn't recomend or call back. Plus I got soaked for $100 more for the same service I had last time.
The technitican was awesome. He was very curtious and seemed genuinely concerned about making sure our floor was clean for our new baby to lay on!
It dosen't leave my carpet full of shampoo. Also David walked me through the whole process of pet problems with my carpet. He was very nice and did a great job.
My carpet looks brand new!
