Cleaned all the stains, even ones I was unsure would come out. No smell afterwards from soap was nice.

I like the original big powerful trucks that suck the carpets clean and dry. I also like that there is no soap to leave a residue.

What could we do to improve?

The serviceman called and was on time for the cleaning which was appreciated. He was also very polite- his name is Kiyan. However, there was a spot by the back door that dried yellow brown. My appt was on Thursday, Dec 29th. I called on Dec 30th to report the spot by the back door I'm sure this was a very busy day for you, but I waited in like to talk to someone, and when the call was answered, I was ask to hold a minute. I waited 5 minutes then hung up I called back later and the girl said she would take my number and call me back which she did not do. I then called on January 3rd and set an sppointment for January 4th. The pre-call said they would set me up for 3 to 6 pm. At 6:00 pm I had to leave and not one had called or come. I received a phone message a 6:10 that stated there was a mix up with the technician. I called the next morning and set up a second appt. The technicial did come the second time and cleaned the spot of concern.

What do you like about our products and services?

I really like the technician who comes to our houses. He is very personable and listens to my concerns and then works very hard to address the problems in my carpet. He is very professional and knows what he is doing, so he is also quick and efficient in cleaning. I love zerorez.

My carpet looks great, and I feel like it will stay that way longer since you don't leave any foam in the carpet. It also dried very quickly which is great for a busy family.

What could we do to improve?

Actually, everything went well, and the gentleman was very nice. I am a bit disappointed with a few areas that didn't seem to get a thorough cleaning. There were some spots in my family room that were still "sticky" and dark, as if they had not been cleaned at all, and my middle room carpet upstairs--I am not sure how well it was cleaned. Could be my imagination, though.

I am also awaiting the "coupon" for the hotel stay that was a part of the radio offer. The serviceman did not have it with him.

There were some spots that did not come out. The technician went over them a couple times but didn't use any spot treatment. I paid $314 and still have stains. Not happy!

the tech gave me a 45 minute notice that he was on his way unlike most people that call 5-10 in advance, it was much appreciated. my only complaint is 4 days after my service was done the price dropped to 59.00 for first time customers i payed 79.00.

The additional add ons are expensive and I don't like "deceptive" advertising using coupons to lure customers in and then having add ons being so expensive.

What do you like about our products and services?

My carpets still look great. However, your office personnel is really a mess. They didn't have me on the schedule even though they had called after Chris set it up with me to confirm the appointment. Then they sent Chris out giving him the wrong information. And then I got a confirmation email from you saying I had an appointment today. And now I get this survey. I was also promised a carpet broom from the visit Zeroez visit that never showed up. Chris had one on his truck that he gave me. Sounds to me that you are lacking on organization in the office. Evenso, I am so impressed with what the carpet cleaning has done that I will still recommend you. And I do appreciate Chris (I'm pretty sure his name is Chris.) He certainly made a difference in how things ended up with the office.

No residue in carpet. Care taken not to bang up walls, etc. Booties on the carpet cleaner. Process explained well.

The young man who performed our service was a true professional, and gentleman, service was excellant and product he performed was great nice touch. we will use you again I think his name was Kenyan who works the west jordan area.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

(1) Your technician backed up his truck into my house and damaged brick exterior adjacent to my garage.
(2) Your technicians destroyed my weather stripping under my nice wooden door.

The carpet cleaning looks adequate; however, the damage to my house overrides anything you did good with my carpets.

What do you like about our products and services?

I liked how friendly and courteous the technician was. He shared some experience and knowledge with me so I will be able to help keep my carpets cleaner. He was fast and professional and made my carpet look so much better. I like knowing that Zerorex doesn't leave residue so that it won't collect dirt later.
