just try to be on time
Workers were great and my floors look amazing.
i dont feel like the protectant was worth the 30.00 , i would not do that again .. i have used your service before and been very happy.. this time was just ok.. my carpets took over 24 hrs to dry and i see some stains returning and it has only been 2 days
SCHEDULING TIME
The carpet was not clean. one area was completely missed. I used a carpet cleaner,the white rag I used was dirty from the spot cleaning I did. This was the second time I have not been satisfied with your cleaning results. I will not try a third time.

I like that even when I highly doubt a certain stain will be removed it always comes clean. Plus I really like Jerome Duffey! He is very nice, informative, up sales products without fail and is not pushy! really impressed with zero Rez!!!!
They did a great job cleaning. However the price that my wife payed was not the advanced price.
Excellent at getting out stains and traffic areas. Carpet feels, looks, and smells clean. I especially like that no soap or detergent is involved.

The cleaning and service were great. My only concern is the price. I spent A LOT more than I anticipated!
I had concerns about the cleaned carpet having bubbles and called customer service. I received a live person to talk to that alleviated my concerns and when the problem wasn't resolved with time; a technician was sent out to fix the problem. I was totally satisfied with their excellent service!
We like that there are no soap/shampoo products used and that you care enough to use better water also. The fellow that served us was very friendly, taking time to explain the products used, how they worked and answered our many questions. We had wanted to try your service but didn't think you came this far south. Our carpets looked great and we are very satisfied.
We have some salt stains that came back after the carpet dried .... We need to ghet rid of these stains .... ??????

clean, no chemical smells, friendly service
Great and friendly service was provided by a man who had worked a long day before he came to our house. Also the product has given new shine to our counter tops and bathroom tile.
I like knowing that my carpets aren't being filled with chemicals, soaps or detergents. And I like the results! The carpets look SO much better.
I have had Zerorez clean my carpets at least 6 different times. They have always been punctual, courteous and efficient. I like the idea that a lot of residue is not left in the carpets after they have been cleaned. They are quite fair with their pricing. I would recommend Zerorez to anyone needing that kind of service.
Clean fast and friendly
The professionalism of the technicians cleaning my carpets, the quality of the job, the attention to detail, the technology of the carpet cleaning method, and how the technicians wear booties when they are cleaning the carpets.
The carpet does not look good, it also raised a seam. We called and had the technician return for a very visible spot and was told it was do to the age of the carpet and bla bla bla. The carpet is only 1 year old. He then indicated to his associate that spot was not there on the original cleaning. This was not the case, it was the reason we had the carpet cleaned. All in all, we do not feel that your service is improved over a rug doctor.
Your scheduled process was not efficient at all. After making the request online I received an email that stated "Your appointment is on Wednesday, January 25, 2012. A zerorezTM representative will contact you with a more specific time of arrival two days prior to your appointment date". I had no contact until I called at 5pm on Monday evening and was told that scheduling was still not complete and I would be contacted the following day. I was not contacted and had to reach out again Tuesday morning and was told I had the 8 to 11 time slot. That afternoon I was contacted by Zerorez and told they had made a mistake and I was now in the 3 to 5 slot. I had already made arrangements and told the service rep I needed the 8 to 11 slot back, which ultimately occurred. Your customer service on the front end is in need of repair. The technician, Kasten Jessen, was very polite and did a fine job.
I'm really pleased with how clean our carpets look. Our hallway was highly stained with dirt and grease spots. I can't believe how much they were able to get out of the carpet. It looks fantastic!
Nothing really, mybson dealt with the workers first as my husband and I were'nt home when they arrived.

The carpets maintain their brightness and spots do not reappear as they have with other products. The carpet cleaner was friendly, courteous and conscientious about his work and explained the products very well, also making suggestions and demonstrating other products and services for consideration.
