I was losing hope of extending the life of our carpet for a couple more years. With 8 kids and their friends walking on our carpet for the past 4 years, I wasn't even sure if it was worth trying to clean the carpet. I was amazed at how well zerorez got the carpet looking good again. You restored my hope! Thank you. I have already referred 2 people!! We will certainly call you again.
Felt it was overpriced. Technician came down on the price when I was shocked but still I hate to have to haggle.
