What do you like about our products and services?

I had my carpets cleaned. The carpet is almost 15 years old and they hadn't been cleaned in over a year. When the technicians were finished, I was very please with the result. The carpets cleaned up really nice :)

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

when our grout was sealed after the tile was cleaned the sealer was spilled on the tile and it looks like there are spots all over the tile. It will not come off with a damp rag.

I loved how great my carpets looked after having them cleaned by Zerorez. I also was so impressed with Dallin, the gentlemen who cleaned my carpets. I feel he went above and beyond.

I had never used Zerorez so I thought I'd give them a chance. First of all, I was very impressed with Jeremy. He was so nice and explained the system of cleaning that would be used. He was in and out pretty quick and was very respecful of our home. I was happy to see that the carpets came really clean and didn't take too long to dry. Our socks didn't soak when we had to walk on it before it was all the way dry. We had one or two tiny spots (in our main hallway) that came back after they were dry. We called back and they arranged for someone to come treat the stuborn spots....and it worked.It was so awesome! I will for sure use Zerorez again.

It works. My carpets look clean for a long period of time. Other carpet cleaners I've had come look clean for only a couple of weeks. Isaias took his time cleaning my carpets, especially my stairs and he did a great job.

I'v had a lot of carpet cleaners over the years and could never find one that did what they advertised. You did a fantasic job and by far are the best . Its nice to have a company actually do what they advertise .Keep up the good work. Dave A West Valley City, UT

Our carpet looks and feels cleaner compared to other companies we have used. I really like the idea of dealing with a company that uses solutions that are “green”. Our technician, Isaias Melchor was well educated and was able to answer our questions satisfactorily. Isaias was very personable and professional. Please give him a pat on the back for taking his time and doing a wonderful job.

What could we do to improve?

I called the man the next morning who did my carpets and left a message that I was vacuuming up a lot of dirt. I wasn't sure that it was normal. I never heard from him.
