I like that our carpets look clean except for two yellow spots in our carpet. They are less noticable than they were when you started but they are still there. I did not know where the spots came from but I was hoping that they would be gone. The technitian worked on the spots a lot but they did not disappear.
The technician was great - friendly, informative and very helpful. However, when my carpets dried, they still look as dirty as ever. Maybe more. I've never had this happen before. I was a believer and excited about the prospect of the "no residue attracts less dirt" idea. But I guess with no soap at all, the carpet really did not get cleaned well.
Friendly service, quick and very good results.
Not charge so much for stairs.

He was friendly, courteous, extremely tidy, and very efficient! He was never pushy, as he made suggestions as to other features, such as protectants. Often, I see ZeroRez coupons in the mail with discounts for “new customers”…but never is there a break for “old” customers. Until now!!! ZeroRez called me with a “deal for previous customers"!! And, I did a cartwheel!! Don't forget us now, please!! Will I recommend ZeroRez? Yes!! Will I call you again? You bet! My carpets look 1000% better! I listened to Rod Arquette!! Thank you!!

I felt that the technician knew what he was doing and was so friendly and willing to answer all of my questions. I was shocked at the hidden pet stains on my carpet when he used the special light [I can't remember what it was called]. My carpets look great and I am very pleased!
I like the service people's attitude.
The only problem that I have seen in the day since the cleaning was that the area rug was stretched a little out of shape and has small ripples that I am trying to get rid of with weights.
I don't know anything yet about the longevity of the cleaning.

I have used zerorez exclusively for many years and I have always been happy with zerorez but this time the carpet looked clean when he left but the next day it was didn't look so good
They are the only thing that gets my carpet clean. Your professionals - specifical Jarom - work so darn hard! Very professional and friendly.
My carpet wasn't soaked afterword and it didn't go fuzzy like some carpet machines will do. Zerorez also cleaned our couch and took the time to check the cleaning instructions beforehand to make sure they used the proper cleaning method. It looks fabulous, and smells just like new. I also appreciated the online scheduling and the follow up phone calls to confirm the appointment. Well done!

I have listened for years from Grant, Amanda and Doug Wright on KSL about how Zerorez was the best thing for carpets. I felt the claims made were true because they just made sense. I had some pretty bad stains in my carpets and felt like they would never come clean. I decided to give it a try because for the great price I didn't think I had anything to lose. Your technician feared that the carpets might not come clean as well but gave it his best shot. I was very happy to see that the carpets came very clean and I wished I had not waited for so long to get my carpets cleaned. I actually tore out and threw away some other carpet and now I wish I had not done so. Had I just had the faith to try your service years ago I could have saved myself a grundle of money. I will be using your service in my 2008 Ford Taurus and other services as needed. I am certainly a new life long customer.

Do a good job
I could see the dirt coming off the carpet! It was truly amazing. Daniel was great, not pushy, he just talked to us and let us know what he could do. He even went back over several areas that I asked him to and he didn't complain. He is a great employee.
Your service tech was knowledgable and very
efficient. I would have him back in my home to
do my lower level. My carpet look like new!

The carpet has just looked the best of ANY other cleaner we have ever used . We have rarely used the same carpet cleaner twice over the years, but have used you twice and will again!!
