The service was Great
I used KSL coupon to initiate business with Zerorez, thinking that I was getting a good deal. The technician arrived and quoted me over $600 for a job that I understood was going to cost $160. I feel like I got ripped off with a "cat urine" treatment that cost me over $200 alone. My carpet is still stained and smells like urine. How can that treatment cost so much and be so ineffective?

I really like that you protect the corners of my walls and the stairwell corner! I spent a small fortune on painting and on staining the stair railing and I do appreciate the extra care you take. It is one of the best cleanings I have ever had.

We had heard so many great things about Zeroez and we couldn't really see a very big difference. Maybe if more time was taken in sucking up the dirt and going over the areas several more times more slowly... it would help.
