I'm used to carpet cleaners doing a thorough vacuuming job before cleaning. I had moved my couch just before the technician showed up. I noticed that the crumbs under it were still there after cleaning. Additionally, our carpet wasn't dry for about 36 hours. I was planning on it being dry within 12 at most.

You guys did a good job with our carpets. One big reason I didn't put a 9 or 10 is because of the price of the services. Getting pet odor treatment increased the price dramatically. Another thing we noticed is that the carpet areas that had the pet odor treatment had a ripple in the carpet for a few days afterward (as if the carpet was stretched). Other than those 2 things, we were pleased with your services.

Better cleaning - some stains I expected would come up, did not so I wasn't completely satisfied. Overally the majority of the cleaning was good but it appeared only surface dirt was lifted and not any deeper stains.

I appreciated that they showed up on time and listened while I explained what I needed done. They went through the process and got to work. My fabric kitchen chairs look brand new, my 13 yr old carpets look brand new. It's such a relief to have the dark spots gone. Who needs to recarpet when you can get CLEAN new looking carpets for less.

I like how professional your employees were. I like how respectful you were of my house. I like how your employees checked with me to see if I was satisfied with the work. I do have a complaint, however. Your employee drove his vehicle on my lawn and left a long curved tire mark on my driveway. I'm not sure why he didn't just pull in straight onto my driveway. But as far as the cleaning went, it was very good. I feel I can speak from experience. I cleaned carpets professionally quite a few years ago. I tried to always treat my customers' homes and properties the way I would like mine treated.

I like the fact that you don't use a bunch of chemicals on my carpet. Your service provider was prompt, thoroughand friendly.

They dry fairly quicly and you were able to get some stains out that were difficult in the past.

There were several spots left under cupboards or near doors where white residue showed on the grout line. It seems like those spots would have to be wiped up by hand, but I really didn't like the look of them being left behind. It also makes me wonder if those areas got sealed. I would also like a copy of your guarantee regarding the work done. My husband mentioned that your radio ad said there was a lifetime guarantee. You can email it to me if that works for you.

I really liked how knowledgeable the representatives were and how nice my carpets looked when they were finished. Next time I need my carpets cleaned I will call zerorez.

I have not received my receipt for the service. Luis said it would be emailed to me, I requested it in an email to you, but have not received it yet.

Also, I completed a survey for Luis when he was here. Why is it necessary to complete an additional survey?

My carpets were clean and as fluffy as when they were new. They dried fairly quickly and left no mildewy smells. Great job.

I have cleaned carpets before and new the importance of not using detergents. That is the main thing that made me look into Zerorez.

The pet stain treatments were great. The general job was done professionally and the carpet looks and feels like it did when it was new.

Our carpets look great and there is far less dust now we've had our ducts cleaned. We loved the extra care that was taken to protect our walls from damage by the hoses.

I am satisfied with the service at present by Clemente, I am not happy about your technician ruining my entry flooring after I had spent over $2000 with your company. I have called your office several times regarding Thais issue. Your employee Clemente has seen this, taken pictures Nd reported this, still to no avail.
I feel you should honor your guarantee and take care of this issue.

Your employees are always very professional and I like how the are concious of my home and my things and treat them kindly. If they notice a stain or smell they are quick to let me know, and give me a options to fix it along with prices for the services. My carpets always look fantastic. Thanks for having great employees and a great product.

Not harsh chemicals

Your people seem genuine with regard to their concern for my carpets. I never felt like they were trying to SELL me anything. They gave me good information about what to watch for and let me know my satisfaction was their top concern.
