Service was great, the one exception was the protection spray was very minimal.

I had someone come and they did not do a good job. I called back immediately after they left and the operator said she would send someone in the morning to take care of the problem. David came and made my couch and floors look great. Zerorez backs their claim of 100% guaranteed. I am a fan.

The job was wonderful at first then i noticed it took so long to dry it is still a little wet and there are spots that were not cleaned i had places where there was still stuff in the carpet. I had some maca cheese in the carpet and he didn't even try to get it out i know he told me he would put the first stuff on and then come back with cleaner but i thought he would come back through again.

First time we have used Zerorez for carpet cleaning. I am really impressed with how clean the carpets were. I liked the results so much, that I have inquired about a franchise.

Way too expensive! They didn't open the vents when they put them back in after cleaning, so I had to get a ladder and open all of them afterward. It took forever.

It was good value for the money, the technician was awsome (Great job Eddie!!!), He was in and out quickly and our carpets, while not new, look 10,000% better. He even worked extra hard to get out a leather dye stain that had been there for over a year!

Every one I talked to seemed very short and annoyed when i asked any Questions, and the tech kept reminding me not to call in for a re-service so he wouldn't have to work for free.
But as far and the end results they look great and i loved how fast it dried
