I was losing hope of extending the life of our carpet for a couple more years. With 8 kids and their friends walking on our carpet for the past 4 years, I wasn't even sure if it was worth trying to clean the carpet. Felt it was overpriced. Technician came down on the price when I was shocked but still I hate to have to haggle.

Zerorez made our carpets look like new.. We have used another carpet cleaner for years and have been quite happy. However we decided to try Zerorez, what a difference! The cleaning was so much better and the customer service was great. We will be having Zerorez clean our carpets from now on.

The manager said he would send me the warranties. I still haven't seen those. With the challenges we had with my tile, I think your people did a great job. But follow through isn't a very strong suit for them

I like the concept / method used. The results are very good.

We have had several other companies in our home and none of them were able to get our carpet as clean as Zerorez. The next day when the carpet was completely dry, it still looked great. With the light color of our carpet, stains and spots would often reappear or resurface after other cleaners finished. The technician was knowledgable, hardworking and respectful, and went the extra mile to help us move a couch and large glass table top. I will recommend Zerorez to family and friends.

My carpet dried in the time (no actually quicker than) they told me it would. And it was NOT really very wet.
