My carpet almost looked brand new which is quite a feat considering we have a family of six and the carpet is light beige and twelve years old. The technician was very pleasant and courteous and obviously good at his job.
The carpets have not looked this good since they were installed!!!

Your website states that "the ZEROREZ® cleaning system does not use soaps, harsh detergents or shampoos to clean, but uses instead a revolutionary, GREEN, non-toxic water-based cleaning agent as its cleaning fluid, called Empowered Water™". However, your website never states what is actually in this empowered water and what makes it so special. Personally, I would like to see that information.

The carpet is very clean and stays clean longer. The technician, Manuel, was very professional, clean, neat and on time.
I had my carpets cleaned by David Palacios from your Salt Lake office. Having been an employer myself, I thought you might appreciate my reaction to his service.
First, the carpets look good, but the real test will be in a few weeks to see if spots and dirt quickly reappear.
I took advantage of your $59 three-area special. When I called to book the appointment, I also requested cleaning of my stairs. I was quoted a total of $144. I knew full-well that I would spend a lot more than that. Turns out it came to $422. I didn't expect that much.
I did not like the manner in which David sold your services. His phone kept ringing while he talked. He didn't answer any calls, but looked at the phone every time. This disrupted his train of thought and he repeated himself over and over. That was annoying.
I did not like having to look at his phone to see the estimate. The software program on his smartphone doesn't describe the rooms and areas in my home using my words, so I was not sure what I was looking at. A handwritten estimate would have been preferable. I had to add the numbers in my head and hope we were both on the same page. I have received the paperwork by email, but would have preferred to see something in writing before hand. For example, David quoted me $20 for a 3 x 3 landing. I told him that was too much. When the email came in, I see he charged me $25 for the landing. Ridiculous!
I HATE the "I'll take care of you and give you a good deal" approach. I wasn't born yesterday. You're not really giving anything away. I would much prefer being quoted the bottom-line price the first time, instead of the "if you do this, I'll give you a 40% discount," or "I'll throw that in if you buy this and such."
I also found the "up to 200 square feet per area" to be deceiving and frankly unfair. One tiny bedroom (maybe 60 square feet that were cleaned) counted as one of my three areas. But to have about half of my living room cleaned, I had to pay $45 plus $30 for a "hall" (which was actually part of the living room). Not any one of my three areas had anywhere near 200 square feet. It would have been much more fair to actually measure the rooms and let me decide which were the three areas for $59 (which, by the way, your software program quotes as $60), and give me a per-square-foot price for the additional areas.
And David gave me the craziest story about sales tax. Don't get me wrong, I'm glad I didn't have to pay tax on your service, but he said that was because I already paid sales tax on the house when I bought it! He charged $2.05 tax for cleaning the three runners because they weren't part of the house.
David put plastic protectors around the corners to guard against baseboard damage from the hoses. That was appreciated. But he wasn't careful with his hose. Since he works backwards, he didn't watch the end of the hose behind him. I walked into one room just as the back of his hose knocked an antique porcelain lamp onto the floor. Fortunately, it didn't break. He also allowed the back of his hose to whip around and knock several stems off of house plants.
Finally, when he left I was surprised to see his truck in the driveway. Quoting the email I received to confirm the appointment: "5. Have an open parking space (and not in your driveway) as close to your front door or main access door as possible."
The worst part was, one tire was parked on the lawn. That left a big indentation in the damp sod.
So there you have it. Will I use your service again? Probably not.
My carpet looks fantastic! I was very pleased that the technician arrived earlier than the time indicated. The cleaning was completed quickly, but thoroughly. Spots in the carpet were removed that I didn't think possible. Thank you very much!

Cleans very well Carpets look almost brand new. The stairs looked amazing. I am very happy with the cleaning job and also the knowledge and kindness of the employees. I have already started telling friends about this and they will be calling for an appointment. This is the happiest I have ever been, after having my carpets cleaned.
At this point, I'm a first time customer. I have had a good experience with Zerorez so far. I need some time and experience before I recommend Zerorez to family and friends.
They are clean and do not leave any chemical residue to promote faster wear. The associates who did the work were very thourogh and friendly,and prompt.
I loved your products, they did a great job and did not bother my allergies. The technician was very hard working and knowledgeable he explained everything in detail and showed us demonstrations. I will recomend Zerorez to anyone that will listen.

I was pleased with the work that the technician did. He was informative about how to take certain stains out of the carpet. Also, he demonstrated how thoroughly he could clean the heating vents which sold me on having the job done. The carpets looked great and dried quickly. I'm sold---I will definitely use Zerorez again. The technician who came to my home was a very unpleasant, argumentative person. I am told he is a manager. If this is how your company treats customers, I won't be your customer ever again.
