Our carpet was so clean and looked great! The service was outstanding! We were impressed and very satisfied with the whole experience. We appreciated being able to get an appointment quickly and the friendly, quality service we received.

My carpets speak for themselves. They look soooo clean. Last time I cleaned my carpets the technition had to use my bathtub to get water and empty the dirty water while he was cleaning my carpets. That was not the case with Zerorez. Zerorez was soooo efficient, no mess for me,and my carpets look great!!!

My carpets stay clean for a long time after treatment! The technicians who come are polite and take the time to assess the needs of the areas being cleaned. They have informed me of any concerns with particular stains or carpet wear.
My VERY dirty Carpet now looks like it will last a few more years. The dark rust stain is gone. It smells good and looks fluffy.

On time for the appt, called in advance to remind, professionally dressed technician with a labeled and nice van, very well mannered and spoken technician who was courteous in explaining our needs and options. After presenting what he was going to do, he was informative on additional services, but not pushy beyond leaving his card and saying "of you want these other services, please feel free to call me". I loved that!

You advertise quick drying time however it was 24 hours before we could move our furniture back. Other carpet cleaning companies I have used moved the furniture and then placed it on foam...Most people I know don't have a place to put there furniture for 36-24 hours while preparing, cleaning the carpets and dry time.

I couldn't believe how clean my carpets were! So far the stains have not come back and even the very worn walking path is much cleaner.
The technician got the stains out, we were amazed. It did dry fast.
I really liked the technician who came out to my house. He explained everything to my understanding and was very kind and friendly. This is my first time using Zerorez, and it won't be my last. I am overly pleased with the look of my carpets.

The tech was very positive and helpful. He was also very through. I do have a question about the cat treatment. The work was done on Friday and the smell is "almost" gone. Is that just a matter of completely drying? We haven't put the furniture back into that room yet. He did mention that it would seem dry but to wait longer that the other rooms.
