The first crew left some things that needed more attention
The man who came to fix what was left undone worked very fast and made certain the spots that were left were taken care of.
It's easy to get an appointment. You always come on selected window of time. Your employees are always helpful and very presentable in their manner.

I am embarrased to say I do not remember the name of my service representative, because he was the kindest person we have ever had come to the house and clean our carpets. He was thorough, and assisted us with our specific carpet cleaning needs. No pressure, just clear information with options. You are lucky to have him, he represents well and di a fantastic job in our home. Thank you.

Chase was timely and worked efficiently. Our only issue was that the stairway carpet was extremely wet when he was finished; like it hadn’t been properly extracted.

Although most of the house was done very well, there was one throw rug that didn't look like it should. I would suggest having the home owner tour the house at the conclusion to make sure everything was done as well as it could be.
