We love Zerorez. The service was timely and efficient. It had been two years since we have had our carpets cleaned and it was time. The rep was very professional and did a great job. The carpets are in great shape. There was a very small place where three spots evidently were too tough, and they remain. Our carpets are very light beige, and everything else was cleaned completely. Other than that, we recommend Zerorez wholeheartedly.

She did an amazing job! She was really thorough and we are so happy with the results.

I was told you would do three rooms for $139.00.

However, my rooms had throw rugs except for one.

Be honest up front and say you have to pay separately for each throw rug. One cheaper rug was quoted at more than the rug was paid for. (a 10X10).

The only thing good about your service was Carter and his assistant.

Your call center failed to give the right address even though when you sent the confirmation, I called to correct the address and that just delayed the service longer. They took the information and then did not correct it for the service person. Goodness, you are as good as your worst employee.

The cost was horribly high. I didn’t anticipate how much would be charged for 2 pet spots. It almost doubled the cost! I would have cancelled if he wasnt already here and we hadn’t already moved things out of the way. I felt like it was a bait n switch. The special got me to make the call but the up charges were huge! This was the first time I used Zerorez Really disappointed.

Alex did a wonderful job cleaning my carpets. I would request him again. They looked like new.

I noticed after they left, some stains were not removed on my rugs by Zerorez. Luckily, I had some carpet cleaner in a can at home, which easily cleaned what Zerorez could not.

The technician, Steve, was excellent. He explained what was needed to clean the pet stains from my carpet. The product did a wonderful job. My carpets look and smell wonderful.
