It's easy to book a service. They always do a great job with the cleaning. I love that my carpet is not soaking wet when done. Smells good and the customer service has always been great. Maddie was fantastic!

They did a fantastic job. Polite and professional. I used Zerorez for a few cleanings. I used a different major company and was not satisfied with how fast the carpet matted.
Zerorez did it this time and my carpets are back looking new.

Our technician was very professional. He arrived on time and did a great job. However, he left some of his equipment behind. Our carpet looks very clean, especially since it’s 16 years old, My only suggestion is to lower your prices. I feel like your prices are high, but you do a good job.
Patty was very pleasant, professional and efficient in her dealing with us and the work she performed. We were pleased with the job she completed and would be happy to have her return again. The carpets she cleaned look like the day we bought them.
Cameron (tech guy) was impressive and did an ever better job than a previous experience with a different company! On time, thoughtful and ready (in regard to coming in to my home with his booties to protect my clean floors from his shoes, and had the wall corner protector to not only protect my wall corners from the shampoo hose scratching the wall and also I know it makes his job easier too) and he did a great time and the carpet is clean! Great job! Like I said before if I ca request the same Cameron to clean next time I would use Zerorez again!!!
