Very friendly and did great work
I’ve been using these guys for over 20 years. They show up on time and communicate wonderfully. They do a thorough and excellent job. My carpets are super clean and have no residue. (The technician turned on the lights in each room as he worked, which I didn’t mind at all but please remember to turn out the lights when finished, so I don’t need to walk on wet stairs and wet carpets to turn them off!.😄)
Mark Jensen was fantastic. He was very pleasant, took precautions not to scratch anything and he worked hard. Really appreciated his attention to detail

The carpet is so clean and because shampoo is not used it doesn’t get dirty quickly. The technician was so thorough and took a lot of time. Really a great guy!

I am not happy that an estimate was given, and then you use an app that requests a tip as well. I am in the service industry and would never presume to ask for a tip on top of my estimate.

The person who came to do cleaning was very detailed and upfront about the process and what to expect.
I thought that a carpet cleaning company comes out to clean the dirty carpets. So I thought that it was weird that I had to pay an extra $70/room to have a "special spray" for the animal urine that was on the carpet.
Wonderful job at cleaning my carpets! The technician was very prompt and communicated well when he was coming. Explained things well and went over my carpets with me beforehand and talked about them and my desires. He was efficient and thorough. I would definitely recommend them and hire them again
