The young man that cleaner our house on Saturday was WONDERFUL!!!! I'm so sorry, I forgot his name but he did a phenomenal job!!! He was very kind, professional, funny, thorough and efficient. Our carpet looked fantastic when he was all done. I think he deserves a raise, LOL, or at least some kind of recognition for a job EXTREMELY WELL done. Thank you for your service. I love Zerorez and will continue to use them for years to come.

With a cat and several young grandkids who like to crawl and play on the floor when they visit, I like that there’s no soapy, crunchy residue left on my carpets. Also, stains don’t seem to reappear like they’re wont to do with other cleaning services. And the house smells clean, not chemical-y.
The cleaning crew were professional and polite. The only suggestion I have is to remind the crew to turn off lights when leaving rooms as my lights ended up being turned on most of the day.

When I have my carpets cleaned by Zerorez it ads new life to my carpets.
There is just one thing that I can do without is the upsell. I got a fantastic price but with the
added services I was talked into which I really didn't think I needed because I intend to replaced the carpet in the near future took away the savings.
I have only used Zerorez for the past 2.5 yrs at our rental home. I usually have a great experience. Not this time. When the tech arrived he had no history on my services and quoted me a price that was double the cost I have spent each time before. I get the carpets cleaned every 3-4 months because we have pets. It took an hour of him on the phone to the office to agree on a reasonable price. $290.00 for three rooms with the regular pet stain solution applied. He quoted each of my rooms as over sized; however they had never been quoted oversized before. I opted to included a gallon of the $75.00 pet urine solution to part of one room, to only have the urine odor still in the carpet after it dried. The $75.00 per gallon solution is suppose to go straight to the carpet matt and remove all pet/urine odors. It didn't work. Nothing has changed in my home or with my pets, yet the look, feel and smell of the carpets is mediocre. This service is no longer affordable or consistent within quality standards.
Zerorez has always been consistent in doing a thorough job. I have a 8x10 white wool rug and it takes alot of work to clean it and Jason made it look brand new.

Excellent results after carpet cleaning and tile cleaning. Years of stain were completely removed. Scheduling was easy. The technician, Aaron, was professional and knowledgeable, and worked very hard to produce the best results. First time using them. We will use them for all our floor cleaning needs from now on. Also no harsh chemical smell afterwards. Simply amazing. Highly recommend.

Your staff were very rude and condescending. They did a terrible job and accused us of allowing our dog to pee and poop all over our home. Our small dog is confined exclusively to our family room and is kennel trained. Which means that whenever we leave the house, she is always confined to her kennel. She is completely house trained. I will never use your services again which I have used multiple times in the past. It was a total waste of money. Name removed

My technicians, Shawn and Jordan, were cream of the crop. I have two sofas custom covered with light colored high end fabric. They were in great need of cleaning after previous services failed to use the proper cleaning agents with poor results.
ZeroRez service proved excellent. They arrived and first tested the fabric to determine if their cleaning method (water vs solvent) would damage the fabric! (Who does that?) And it worked. They were able to clean my sofas. They looked clean and felt clean.

I have used Zerorez for a number of years and they clean the same areas every year. Ran into a hiccup this year with them claiming the rooms now don't qualify for the 3 room special. I am not sure if they changed their criteria or I had a bad technician but thankfully it was resolved quick enough. Thank you Zerorez-I will continue my annual cleaning as I have for years.
