The service was fast, professional, and safe. Carpets were not “crunchy”, looked great, and no chemical odor.
The crew who came to our house was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I couldn’t believe how clean everything was afterward!

The product is great, but it is time for the employees to get back into the office versus working from home. The agent that I spoke to was great, but there are certain parts of my transaction she could not perform and had to transfer me to someone else. this young man was great also, but some things were lost in translation and created significant confusion and communication issues for a very simple transaction that I have done numerous times before.
Service personnel were customer-oriented and focused on getting all our carpets prepared, cleaned and treated with stain retardant material.
Carpets look incredibly clean including our 3 areas rugs which we added to the original order

We were hoping more of the dirt would come out of the area near the loveseat. We don't know if another product would have worked better or not.
The carpet was very wet, especially in the 2 bedrooms. Instead of 4 to 6 hours it was 12 before we could walk on it, and 48 hours before we are comfortable moving furniture on it.
We would probably try another company next time to see if that made a difference.

The technician showed up 10 minutes before the timeframe was up and he was complaining we didn’t schedule more rooms for him to clean. Then the only main spot I wanted him to get out he did not and it looked practically the same as it did before. Nor did he tell my husband why it did not come out or that it might be difficult to remove. Not happy at all with their ability to get stains out of carpets.
