We have had ZERO REZ for our floor cleaning for over 4 years now, we are always very happy with the service men that come into our house.

Service was excellent!

The technician didn’t inform my husband about moving things so that most of the carpet could be cleaned so he only cleaned areas that were free. What a waste of money for us. Also left water spots all throughout the tile and didn’t mop up after leaving.
Also drug the hose through the front yard gravel which spread gravel onto the driveway.

I wish you brought in i dustrial vaccums to vaccum. I did vaccuum but it would be a nice service.

I like that there is no residue left on carpet. Process does good job of cleaning. Serviceman is polite and considerate.

Our technician Jordan took meticulous care in cleaning our carpets and made them look practically new - and they were 19 years old! If we could give him 11 stars, we would!

The technicians were good, arrived on time. My only complaint is the cost to have 1 area rug cleaned was $119.00. I scheduled the service to try to get grease out of it from a bike chain. They were unable to get it out but I figured since they were already there they could clean the whole rug anyway. When I called scheduled the service the gal said if they were unable to get it out there would be no charge. The technician didn’t ask if I wanted him to stop cleaning since he wasn’t able to get out the stain.

There is not enough space here to give you all the disappointing details. Please call me at Phone number removed and we can discuss it. The service cost me so much more than it was worth. I didn’t discover many of the problems Chris caused until after I paid $1,163.99 and he left.

I have been using ZeroRez for probably more than 10 years regularly. Good customers should not be treated so poorly.

On time service and Quality at work.

the technician seemed to be in a rush to get the job done. there were quite a few streaks left that I had to clean up. He also did not clean up water that was left on my wood floors. Other than that, I have always been happy with Zerorez.

The service man was very professional and courteous and did a great job. We had new carpet installed the day before and he was very careful not to spray the cleaner onto the carpet. I would highly recommend Zerorez to anyone.

You should help move furniture. Carpeting looks streaky and rough. Felt like techs were rushing.
