The clean!! This is the second time we've had our carpet cleaned by Zerorez and we will never use anyone else. We loved our "clean" so much we recommended Zerorez to them and can't wait to hear what they have to say about their clean! Thanks Zerorez, for "our best clean" ever.

My tile grout is generally much cleaner. However there are stretches of grout that are still dark.
In these areas the grout is somewhat recessed. It looks like the machine could not properly access the recessed grout. These areas needed some manual cleaning for the job to be truly well done.

you need to add an option to have an area rug cleaned when providing an online estimate. I had two area rugs that needed cleaned, and since I could not select that as an option, I included the square footage of the tile underneath them in my tile estimate. I figured when the team showed up to clean, then they'd just clean the area rug and not the tile. Unfortunately, the team wanted another $200 (per rug, I think) to clean them...even though they were not cleaning the tile underneath them that was included in the quote.

I was under whelmed by the results. I had a living room and dining room, which are barely used cleaned. Those areas ended up looking no different from before I had the carpets cleaned. Actually, I feel it “brought up” old stains/dirt.

My complaint is not with the technician. I wonder about the product or machine malfunction.

The technician did a great job cleaning furniture and carpets. I'm satisfied with the results of the cleaning but not likely to tell a lot of people about it because I just don't do that. If it comes up I would recommend Zerorez.

Gets my carpets clean, the man who came to my house took time to explain what needed to be done and what we can do to extend carpet life.

I liked that there is no smell of chemicals and it feels very clean after.

The products got our stains out in the high traffic areas, both on carpet and tile. The pet urine smells are also gone. Job well done and the employee was wonderful and gave such good customer service. We felt that the price was very reasonable. We used them last year and this year. Certainly we will use them again.
