The protection spray after cleaning left a few area’s sticky. Not worth the money. I can do that myself with a can of scotch guard.

ZeroRez communicates well with their customers. They show up on time. They are thorough and the resultant cleaning is just that, clean without leaving that brittle feeling to the carpet. Our carpet was completely dry in 7 hours. Weston did a great job!

My tile was left with splatter marks that I could not clean with a wet paper towel. I called Zerorez on Monday to ask for my tile to be cleaned the right way and I couldn't get an appointment for 2 weeks! It didn't take 2 weeks for Zerorez to charge my card and take my hard earned money. My tile needed professional cleaning yet it never had splatter marks. It takes 2 weeks to get a redo and get the job right? That is not normal or professional or good service. I called on Tuesday and ask to have a sooner appointment before my tile gets worse and all I could get was an appointment 4 days earlier from the 2 week appointment. I was given a range of time between 4 and my death! Now I have to leave work at 3 and go home and wait......story to be continued

I like that it's easy to schedule with a single phone call and that you don't use shampoos that are just going to make it worse within weeks. Your service people are on time, polite, and knowledgable.

Just one thing: I wasn't told to vacuum the carpets after they're dry. You advertise that carpets aren't "crunchy" like they are after other cleaning services. Well, they ARE crunchy if you don't vacuum them when they're dry. I had to look on the Internet to see if the carpets needed to be vacuumed. It would have been a nice reminder.

Carpets are clean and smell fresh not soapy. Timely appointments when you need them. Professional technicians. Good price , especially when they have specials.

I had the service for the house we moved out and the one we moved in. New renters where we moved out complained that the did not have a pro carpet cleaning. In the house we moved in, we had more success cleaning ourselves some stains after Zerorez came. Very disappointing!

The carpet looks great, but my couch is like new. With 2 cats and a dog that lives on the couch it looks and smells brand new. I was a but hesitant when I first heard the cost of a u shaped sectional, but after watching him clean it and how much detailed he was and the final result, it was worth every penny.

We like that our technician was friendly and did a great job with our floors. Over the years that we've been using Zerorez, there has been a consistent level of professionalism and quality.

I appreciated that the agreed upon estimate didn’t change and there was no attempt to sell me more services when starting or completing the job. The carpets looked excellent 2 to 3 days after completion and drying time. Your website states 2 to 3 hours drying time but realistically it was 6 to 8 hours with the recommended inside house temperature being dropped to 74°. It was still a faster drying time than the other companies we’ve used.

Customer service was terrible !! The agent wanted to tell me what I did " on line " and me I was wrong ! Sent me a screen shot of some internal form and said " i did it on line". (Your system was not working when I tried to schedule.) I followed my attempt to schedule online with a text and received 2 return phone call from your agents the following AM. It was agreed to set arrival
between 10 am and Noon, as I had to arrange for outside care for a 92 year old.

I received a text 2 days before and was told noon to 2pm for arrival. I text back and said no, we agreed to 10 to noon, due to care needed for a 92 year old. Was told " i did it " and your book was full and I could keep it or cancel ! I had to reschedule transportation and outside care givers to meet the appointment. ( that took several hours of my time, I don't have ).

The cleaning crew was wonderful, respectful and did a great job !! I'm just not sure how to get Zerorez back after using them exclusively for years. As you cannot trust Customer service and/or scheduling any more..I feel customer services' motto is: Company first ! Customer last !!
I would give the guy's that cleaned my carpets an "11 or higher" !
