The guy was very friendly and explained the process.
The carpet and tile looked clean. We would recommend you for the cleaning. The sealing of the tile was a joke. A spray can around my floor for $160!?!? I can buy that same spray can for $24 on Amazon. It was a rip off and I felt taken advantage of.
We only use Zerorez! Love the quick dry and no crunch on the carpet.

The service team was on time and actually a little early. The Tech was courteous and explained the process to me and answered all my questions. He did a thorough cleaning job and was patient while I moved a few pieces of heavy furniture so he could clean around them.
My technician was great! He explained everything thoroughly and answered my questions without hesitation! Loved the professionalism yet, welcoming attitude!

We had the original representative cancel and a new representative needed to show up an hour later. The quote I received was $125 more than anticipated. The quality of service was good, and my floors look great, but the professionalism of cancelling when parked outside of my home was not the best representation.
