Zerorez has been our only carpet cleaners for many years. Their technicians do a great job, very polite, and gets the job done in rapid time!
Words cannot express the level of top shelf customer service we received. Overall experience was great and the tech that came into our home was amazing! He was polite and did an excellent job! Will definitely use Zerorez again!
Carpets turned out great. House didn’t smell like chemicals

My floors came out beautifully, carpet and tile. This is the 3rd (or 4th?) time I have requested to have you come out. Your products clean very nicely. I would not have anyone else clean my floors. Loved your products.
Your services are great. The gentleman that did the cleaning was great. He remeasured the floor to make sure that the measurements were correct. He did find a couple of discrepancies and fixed them. Sorry I forgot the young man's name, was very polite and pleasant.

Weston was so wonderful. He explained everything and did such a great job. I liked there was only a light clean smell no dirty carpet or chemical smell. It dries quickly and was not crunchy.

ZeroRez was able to take old, original tile and make it look new again. And the technician got terrible, badly soiled carpet revived and looking fresh.
Carpet in some areas stayed wet for almost 3 days. Overstayed something onto tile (probably sealant) as noticed by footprints up and down the entryway and bathroom. Used steam mop to try to remove the prints and it took 2 or three times to get it off. Still can't get it all off. Will try again. Too chatty of tech and a little high pressure for extra stuff. Initial estimate was too high as tech even agreed but didn't call office to report. All in all, not a good experience.
On time and work well done. Price increased a bit, but not enough to haggle over.
you guys quoted one price and then after he did the he charged me much higher price. will not use him again. the quality of his work was fair. if at best.
Carpet is very soft after cleaning. And it looks nicer in our opinion.
Our tech was efficient. We would recommend you use booties though.

I specifically asked that the following be done.
Sofa- just the tops of all 5 cushions
Pet treat 2 of the 5 cushions ( they were identified with a white napkin placed on them)
Clean small family room carpet inset-
Carpet was great-
On the sofa - this is what he did:
He clean one cushion in the corner of the sofa (top and bottom) and left 2 cushions
untouched.????? Go figure!

So out of 5 cushions- only 3 got cleaned! That looks odd for sure!
