I wish when I scheduled my appointment they explained the carpet treatment options a little better especially since I informed them that the main purpose for cleaning was for pet urine. Also I wish I was told that your company does not move furniture.

We liked the service that was provided but the overall cost was pretty high compared to our initial quote. I didn’t like that I had no visibility into the full cost until they were actually here. The technician was nice though and talked us through everything so overall I would recommend.

This is the second time I’ve used Zero Rez in my home, but it definitely won’t be the last! I love how my carpets feel new afterwards. The technician was so polite, and I noticed he was extra careful with corners and base boards, which was nice to see. Needless to say, I’m very pleased!!!

Kitchen tile cleaning was good … but carpet was disappointing. Carpet stains were evident before and after and tech have no recourse. I had to replace the carpet.
