My original 4 bedrooms of carpet cleaning was in mid-Feb and it left it feeling gross to the touch and matted down everywhere, not just the 2 high traffic areas we had before. I wanted to get it redon but waited too long (2 days past) to have it be free. I decided to get it redone during the July sale and while the feel of the grime is gone, the carpets over all seem like they have residual wear from not having it recleaned sooner. Now I'm thinking of having it done again to see if that will help or what. In both cases we went out of town the day it was cleaned without waling on the damp carpet for it to dry completely.
I was really looking for an easy carpet cleaning experience, and now I'm wondering how long it will be before I have to replace my 7 year old carpet.

Great end result.

It was good. The technician was very nice and professional. Just one thing the door was left open for the hose from his truck which caused alot of AC to escape. Must be a better way maybe closing door as much as can or use a window to bring the hose through to the house.

The tech was friendly, polite, professional, efficient.

Technicians are always polite and ask you if you have any concerns. They give you a heads up of when they will arrive. The cleaning is thorough and drying time is fairly quick.

I heard great things from a friend that had a great experience, but I didn't have the same experience. I felt the carpets were streaky even after the next day after they were vacuumed.

Carpets came out very clean of stains. There were a few small ones that came back but they look just about new

I requested the gentleman who cleaned my carpets to clean the stone flooring. I liked him right away and I dont let too many people in my home. He arrived with a smile and ready to clean. He did an outstanding job on the floors. I will continue to ask for him to clean my place and if he can’t get here we will change the date.
