We have used ZeroRes several times now and the Technicians are always on time, friendly and professional. They do a great job cleaning both carpet and tile and giving it new life!
Efficient process, carpets dried quickly, and great service.
Zerorez is the best cleaning service ever! It is absolutely amazing how well the technique removes dirt and stains from carpets, and dries fast. Very pleased with the job the technician did!

WE WERE PLEASED WITH THE PROMPTNESS OF ALLEN, THE CLEANER AND THE JOB THAT HE DID CLEANING OUR CARPETS.
OUR ONLY THOUGHT IS THAT IT WOULD BE A GOOD SERVICE IF THE TECHNICIANS COULD ALSO MOVE THE FURNITURE FOR US!

Do a great job at cleaning carpet, etc but equally as important is their customer service.
They always try to accommodate the customer with a workable time window + always text or call when on the way. Very dependable and professional in addition to the service.

I really appreciate the fine service and great results I get with your services. My older carpet looks great again and feels so soft on my bare feet! The tile floor looks clean and bright again.
I have used you in Oregon, Washington and now here in Arizona. Great results with any of your team.
I knew you did not lift heavy furniture, but there were chairs around dining table & you did not move them 2 ft as that is where you will probably find most spots from people eating there. My renters who are 80 yrs old said if they had ask they would have moved the chairs for them.
I called zerorezz when they left & they said we had 30 days & they would come back if there is a problem. This would be a second trip and also my renters would have to stay home another day. Seems to me this is overkill when they could have just slid the chairs out 2 Ft and never had to do any lifting,.I hope it won't be necesary to call. Please mail me a copy of my receipt as I will need it for my taxes. Thanl You. First name removed
