I love that I can quickly and easily book an appointment book online. The time slots are short and more reasonable for working families. They always arrive on time and give great service. They make sure I understand their process and don't have any questions. They are very quick too. They cleaned 3 rooms in about an hour. It would have taken me all day. The carpets were dry and not crunchy in just a few short hours. Very impressive service for a reasonable price. We have started using Zerorez every 6 months because it's a stress free process and our floors look great when they are done.

Zerorez has always done a beautiful job on my carpets and tile floors. Their personnel are polite, on time, efficient. Before they start they explain the procedure and the costs. I will never use anyone else on my floors.

What's not to like. There is no other company that has products like Zerorez. They produce the best cleaning results and carpets look new, smell fresh and dry with in 4-6 hours. Techs are professional, pleasant, efficient and always happy to do a great job for clients. Sean (my tech) was an excellent example of the Zerorez company.
I love the Zerorez power water system and fuzz blaster stains don't have a chance.

Over all our carpet looks great. We had a couple big stains that I pointed out To the rep that he was able to get out. There were 4 other smaller stains that he did not get out. I did not point these out but thought if he saw them he would take care of them. The bigger ones I pointed out only because of the size. The rep was friendly. But a little bummed we paid $322 and still have some stains.

Have used Zerorez for about 5 yrs...Always does a great job on my light tan carpet.

First time the technician, despite VERY clear personal direction, cleaned the wrong room. Second time the technician (sent to clean the room the first technician failed to clean) showed up at my front door without a mask. I asked if he had been vaccinated and he replied "no". There is a serious pandemic affecting our world right now spreading a disease that KILLS people. On your own text message reminders/appointment confirmations you state that "if anyone in your household has been sick please advise us..." That lends the belief that your company commendably cares about the well-being of its own employees but your actions suggest that you could care less about the well-being of your customers. Our household includes a family member who has a compromised immune system and is high-risk to the possibility of contracting the COVID virus. Your company's practice of sending unvaccinated technicians into a household without appropriate protection is disrespectful and reckless.

I've used Zerorez many times in the past and have recommended Zerorez to many of my friends and family. Until now I have always been very pleased with the service and quality of workmanship that I have received. On this occasion the work performed was marginally acceptable and the performance of your technicians was totally unacceptable. Obviously something has slipped in your organization (management leadership, training, employee accountability...), therefore, I will not be using Zerorez in the future and will notify all my friends and family that I have previously recommended Zerorez to that they should shop around the next time they require cleaning services.

After the floors where cleaned, I still had to get down and clean where your machine could not reach. Which was all along the baseboards and corners all through the house, Your advertisement should say this part of the floor is not touched,
