The technician was great and the work was done nicely... Give him a raise.

We had water come into our house recently so I specifically pointed out a few places that sediment had gathered. I told him that I had mopped and cleaned but wanted a "pro" to come in and finish the job. He failed to reach those specific spots, which were clearly visible and did not do under our master bed as promised, nor under the couch. Now I realize this is on a best efforts basis but these places were easy to do. The service rep also commented that this was his final job of the day, so that led me to believe that maybe he cut corners in order to get out earlier. We paid $340 for one bedroom, two tiled rooms, stairs and two small bathrooms.

I ended up going around the house with paper towel and mopping up the puddles and wiping up the areas of filth that were left behind. I really appreciate the work he did but felt that it could have been much, much better overall. The grout lines look fantastic but I stand by my review.

Service technician was thorough, professional and on time.

My technician was on time, courteous and acted very professional. Show me the results right away when getting started. Put in the extra effort in cleaning my sectional couch.

The person who did our carpets was friendly and did a good job. The time went by quickly while we waited for them to be cleaned. He was informative on how to treat our carpets with our dog that had been marking in the home. We will now invest in a blacklight so we can see if he continues to go in the same spots since it is now clean! Thank you!

Residue was left behind on multiple areas on the carpet. Tile was clean and looks good. Technician was professional and thorough.

there was a spot in the room,and the man who cleaned it said that if it comes back in a few weeks or so, to give them a call back, and they can come out and do a much deeper clean that can clean that area,that it would probably take a couple of gallons to deep clean it down to the pad underneath the rug, and that they'll be an additional cost. I would just thought that would of been something that would be done,and He did offer to do it then at the additional cost,but I felt we just payed all that for the small bed room,and closet,so I said No but that I would think about it and see what happens.

After he left my wife inspected and noticed that he did clean behind to door, corners were cut in the master bathroom where it was not cleaned and also spots in master closest that were not cleaned , was bone dry , you could see where the machine stopped . Also areas in anther room were not cleaned ,also bone dry. He did a good job in the area of dog stains etc but cut corners, was not thorough and for that we are not pleased.

I was very pleased with the out come of the carpet cleaning process. And was so pleased with the young man that did the job. He as friendly a wonderful attitude cheerful told me exactly what he was doing and I would want Paul Elliot to do my carpet again. I will tell all my friends to ask for Paul if they need carpet services. My daughter was her and she felt the same way.
