Your cleaning process was fine and my carpet and tile are definitely cleaner. My issues stem from my expectations from what I was told. First, I was told that the carpet would be raked afterward so as to fluff up the carpet which I imagine helps it dry better. It wasn’t. Instead the carpet looked wet because the fibers were clumped together giving it that wet look. When I used my hand to lightly rub back and forth it loosened up and looked very even and fluffed and the wet look was gone.
Second. Your tile cleaner did a very good job cleaning my tile and grout. However, there are some sections where your machine didn’t clean the grout. Mostly close to a wall or where your machine couldn’t reach possibly. Either way I expected all grout lines to come out cleaner.
Third. I was told that the front doorway tile. would be done before he left. It’s less than a 3x3 area. No mention of cost was given. I thought that because it’s such a small section maybe it would fall in the 250 sq ft cost. So when it came time to pay my original quote of $157 was now over $170. I asked why and was told the front door area cost $10 extra. Not one to complain and thinking it was an extra area I said oh ok. My card was charged and he left. Once I received a my receipt in my email I looked at the charges. My extra area was $15 not $10. Ther was no tax so my $157 went to $172 when it shouldn’t have or at least charge me the amount that was said at the time $10.
This isn’t a huge deal but it does dampen the experience with your company. A little bait and switch and not all grout was cleaned. Expectations were not quite met.

You have the most wonderful staff of professionals. Jason came to my home and did a very efficient thorough job. I had water damage from the heavy rains and he got out a lot of the stain. He did warn me that once it dried it would probably resurface. It absolutely did resurface, but it’s better than it was.

Jason was very helpful and telling me all the things that I could expect from the service. He should be the instructor for all the other people who clean carpets. He was careful and kind. I think he needs a raise!

Tech was punctual and service was top notch.

My carpets in my daughter's room were left smelling like pee. I paid to have my living room carpets treated for pet urine and was advised by the technician to just treat the carpet and to not worry about the pad. So there is still the smell of urine in my living room from that. I paid to have my tile and grout cleaned and areas of the grout are still dirty. I told the technician that i would move furniture out of his way as he was working in other areas of my home. He said he needed to have the rooms emptied prior and i had no place to move all of my furniture at once so he could spray my carpet. In the end he finushed in my daughters room where there was a dresser that i would've moved out of his way and a 10 pound toddler bed in a corner and a2 pound little table next to it that he wouldn't slide out of his way to clean under those items. I was told by the person on the phone that sliding everything to one side of the room would be fine but your technician basically wanted an empty house with no obstructions. I feel like i paid a lot of money for service i didn't get.

Did a good job, on time, and a fair price.

Poor tile job
Did not go over the areas and the response to my husband when he questioned the tech was”it will go away when it dries”. I took pictures and when I got home removed the dirt with a toothbrush. I do not want to hear a lame excuse from a lazy tech. The correct thing that should have been done was to listen to the customer and try to alleviate the concern. This was for an open house showing and am not a happy camper right now. Paid way too much money for the service I got.

Tim Linkletter did an awesome job and was so nice! The floors and grout look amazing. We live that there’s no soap or chemical used.

We had both our carpets and our tile areas cleaned and it came out great. We had several pet stains on our carpets and a lot of filthy grout that Zeroez was able clean well.

Our carpet looked better than expected when Zerorez was done. We had a rust stain from a water leak on our 7 month old carpet and were feeling sick about it. Most of it came out and it is barely visible. Second room that was cleaned looked brand new again. Gentleman that cleaned it was polite and efficient.

Kathy was excellent, Knew her job and did it really well. The cleaning results were better than I could have hoped for!
