very professional and did a very good job cleaning carpets
Floors look worse than before the cleaning. Tech felt that his equipment might not be working correctly. I spent the day cleaning the floors and trying to make them look good. The grout sealer was all over the tiles and left a residue all over the tile making them look dirty. Just a horrible job I will never use your company again.

There's no annoying fragrance, carpet is fluffy and not crunchy. I love that they don't charge extra for scrubbing pet hair out of the carpet. Techs were friendly and professional and, because there were 2 of them, they were in and out quickly, which was a plus for my husband who works from home and was about to start a meeting on the phone!

It was way too expensive and my rugs now stink of dog pee which is not going away.

Zach did a great job on my floors and correcting an issue with my carpet from the previous day. But when I look at another room of carpet it just looks dingy.
Mind you, Zach did not do the original carpet cleaning. He just worked on correcting some of it.
Zach was very professional and paid attention to what he was doing and again, did a great job.
The young man who came was very polite and cleaned up after he left ... I never had to vacuum before any service person came even tho my carpet is taken care almost every other day.
The technician came on time. He did some pre-spotting. There’s odor from the treatment. Carpet looks great.
