Pricing for the service did not include the additional treatment charge which should have been discussed during the initial phone call when the appointment was setup by the customer service representative and not at the house by the service technician.

I have used your company consistently for the past 2-3 years and have been very satisfied in the past, however, my experience this time was not the same. Although my tech, Kyle, was very polite, I feel like he made a few spots on the carpet worse. For instance, in my living room, he scraped the carpet to remove a small spot, and now the carpet just looks damaged. I had a few watermarks from potted plants in my living room and dining room, which have come out in the past, and now they have spread.
