We are very satisfied with the outcome of our carpet cleaning! Our carpets are like new once more. With two kids, I feel like it’s a constant upkeep on the floors and they are never cleaned all the way. ZeroRez is extremely affordable and consistent with their product in all rooms. I feel 305 for a small home was a lot. Also some of the carpet areas could have had a second go over. Very few mind you but I noticed area on left side of sofa up against the sofa was not even wet. Over all we are pleased but for the kind of money you are charging a little more attentive. Harold was very kind but he did our house in less than two hours. Our total square footage is only 1690 as ft and 1/2 of it is tile?

And the guy instantly didn’t do the tile. He claimed there was a seal on the floor. Then told me it’s not like I don’t want to work today I’m here on my day off I just can’t I don’t think the company will let me .

I like the fact after the carpet dries; it doesn't have a crusty or stiff feel to it.
This was the first time I used Zerorez to clean the tile floor in my kitchen. Looked like brand new when the representative was done cleaning the floor. The tile floor had never been cleaned professionally.
I was given one price and then had to pay more than double. Very misleading!
