The process was amazing, from the pre-treatment to the Lifter brushing to the Wand. The entire process did an incredible job. Our carpets are so much cleaner, smell fresher, and look almost new. Our technician Luis was friendly, knowledgeable, and did a very professional job.

Service was excellent after the technician arrived. Chris was excellent. The only issued I had was the arrival time, an hour and fifteen minutes past the two hour window notice window with no notification of arrival time.

Mathew was great. He loves the work he does. He is friendly and thorough. We scheduled a carpet cleaning and then added upholstery and tile cleaning. It got to be a pretty big bill for one days work, but our older home we recently purchased now feels fresh and clean. We’re happy we did it and happy Mathew was our cleaner.
The overall experience was first class.. From the initial phone inquiry via the web, I received a very professional/informative return call to explain the service and appointment details. The company stayed in contact contact all the way to the appointment date.. Via text, web, and phone.... The tech that arrived at my house was first class!! Well mannered and very kind. Knowledgably and worked extremely professionally!!!
