Quick, easy to schedule, they were on time, cleaned it quickly, the charge was just as quoted. and they did a great job
The technician did a good job but after he left I noticed several things that could have been better. The perimeter of the room by the base board could have been cleaner, doors could have been opened to clean under them, and in the bathrooms there were several puddles that I needed a mop to soak up the water. My floors were very dirty and now most of the room looks 100% better.
Carpet has stains where there weren’t stains before and where stains were treated there are large rings left behind. I have requested a technician to come out and clean these areas.
Service and products were great we will definitely schedule another tile cleaning in a year.
Their promptness. Being able to restore the grout almost back to new status.
This was my second experience, since I was pleased with my first experience. I opted for the enzyme extra cleaner due to pet vomit. Unfortunately, this cleaner actually created more stains. If I use this service again, I will NOT use the enzyme cleaner.

I have used their services many times and am always pleased with their service and their pleasant staff. They are always prompt and do a very thorough job.
Wood base board on one corner with large chip taken out. I didn’t check the area upstairs before the worker left, as I didn’t want to walk up the stairs and down the hallway that had just been cleaned, but I learned my lesson. When I did check the rooms some time later, a found a large picture had been knocked off the wall, breaking the frame, landing face down on the wet carpet. Needless to say, it cannot be saved. Not sure how this happened, as it was securely hung on the wall prior to Saturday
The carpet looks good, but care to details was definitely missed.

I like to work and the professionalism of the service person that did my floor-work
I needed to nearly follow the rep around my home reminding not to let he water get on the baseboards as they are mdf not hardwood - not that that should matter.
Also when I vacuumed the master bedroom carpet 3 days after the cleaning, the water in my Rainbow vacuum was dirty - no evidence of cleaner water than before the Zerorez cleaning.

Dirty smears left on carpet
Tech only used the wand didnt pretreat. Never saw the 3 step process as advertised. Tried to tell me high traffic areas where dirt was showing couldn’t come up bc carpet nylon breaking down and that is causing the dirt color. I asked him to go over those areas again that looked like he did nothing and what do you know the dirt came up. Then he proceeded to tell me it would be $1000 to clean a walk in closet and he would just replace it…what cleaner ever says this and $1000 for a walk-in? He did a quick one direction pass of the floors and didn’t properly clean and go over those high traffic areas properly until I asked him to redo and stood there and watched. I took off work to have the carpets cleaned and now need to take another day off fir someone to return and clean properly. I don’t live at this location so it is a real time drain. To travel there an hour each way, wait for arrival and then wait for cleaning. The only reason I didn’t give a zero rating is that someone is coming back to redo the poor and lazy job the first tech did. Please properly train your people. The things this guy said are just ridiculous. Does he think people have never had carpet cleaning before and are going to believe these things? And use of a black light to find pet stains is dumb. That picks up more than pet. Highly highly disappointed in you zerorez. Everyone I know will know this. You have one last chance to make this right.
Super friendly service, always do a thorough and oustanding job, they consult with you to learn about the problem areas, esp with animals.
The technicians are always friendly and efficient. They even come when they say they will. Great service!

Jason did an excellent job. The carpet is really clean. I have used Jason many times before . I definitely would recommend Zerorez and Jason to anyone getting their carpet cleaned.
