great service technician, carpets look great
Staff are very friendly and accommodating when I called in to make the appointment. The young man who came out to clean the carpets was on time, very friendly and professional. He went over everything with me and answered all my questions. He worked with no breaks and finished in a very timely manner. And my carpet looks better than in has in years. I would definitely recommend Zerorex and have in the past also. Thank you

We have Zerorez clean our carpets every 3 - 4 months and they always do an amazing job. Our carpets are always clean, and there is never any sticky, stiff residue.

Attention to detail!
Chris was very professional explaining the product and procedure. While he did mention they provide additional services we asked about, he wasn't a pushy up seller, which we appreciate. Dog-trodden carpets looked much better and completely dry within 2 hours.

I had my couch cleaned. The technician did only one side of the cushions, he did not turn them over and do the other side.
The technician did a ottoman, and he wanted to make sure it was in the same place when we used it. He dis not move it to clean the carpet underneath it.
I will not have these people back again.

It was like a whole new floor. A little more expensive than I was expecting but overall very pleased.
We have used ZR for many years and the techs do a great job. The carpets are very clean without any soap residue or smell. It is easy to make an appointment and they alway show up on time.
