They were prompt thorough effective and efficient. Our grout is clean and looks practically new again. We bought this house and moved in 6 months ago, it is a 20 years old and we don’t believe the grout has ever been cleaned it’s bone color and was very dirty in the traffic areas . Now it all looks the color, the previous owner’s had a rug in the dining area of the kitchen and that grout matches the rest or should I say visa versa. We are very pleased as they were not sure if they could get it back to it’s original color.. We had them seal once it was complete to retain the effect. Excellent results!

We have used Zerozes several times in the past to clean our tile floors and this was the first time that one of your technicians used the powered cleaning brush as the first step in the cleaning process. This step worked well on deep cleaning the 3/8" wide grout joints before the high pressure rinse want was used.

I bought a new home and the grout looked like it had never been cleaned. It was black! Zerorez came in and blasted away 13 year old stains. Love how my floors look now and I’m so thankful!
