There was residue left in many places causing me to have to clean the floor. Pee stains on the carpet we're not removed. The price did not represent the services received.

i like you use NO chemicals just water
You tell customer to move the furniture but along with that goes the table lamps & floor lamps.
So the last appointment of the day has alighting problem AND I am unfortunately left with a great room floor that has numerous large 'wipe' marks. I nowhere to get out my mop and wash the floor over what I paid you guys to do. Is this normal? This is not the fault of Javier but of your furniture removal policy. Javier did a good job.However, I am not happy that I am left
with smudgy watermarks.

Zerorez Carpet Cieaning is the BEST! A 10 on scale of 1-10! Yes it does cost more but the results are so very wonderful! I for one want my carpet cleaned and not drenched in water. The Carpet is Beautiful and clean and dried within hours. I am always so proud of my Carpet after Zerorez cleaning!
