Service is great… techs are very nice and professional.

The main reason I scheduled Zerorez was to clean a large area rug. I decided to have all carpets done at the the same time. The area rug did not come clean in the traffic areas. I asked the technician twice if he could go over it again but he did not. He told me that he should have said something before starting because it had a fifty/fifty chance of coming clean and that doing it again would not help. Those were his words.

Second. The tech spent a total of 1 hour and 30 minutes for the entire job that I was charged
$480 with tax.

Would you be satisfied?

The technician really took his time to clean some stains before doing the entire carpet. Because of his care in his work, the carpet turned out even better than the last time it was cleaned, and it is 24 years old!

Had Zerorez out last September 2020 to clean tile and carpet, did an excellent job. Had all the furnature moved so all out of way, one Zerorez guy, did all the work and cleaning, looked nice.

This year had the Zerorez team out October 6 to again, clean tile and carpet. Your team stated they were not able to clean the tile as they beleived it had a sealer on it? I had this house built in 1998, never had sealer on the tile, and Zerorez just cleaned the tile last year, and I did not have Zerorez put sealer on it then either. I asked your team what would happen if I had it sealed by Zerorez last year, and was told they could then still clean it was because of the nature of your sealer? What? Again, there is not any sealer on this tile, and the only gloss or shine from the grout would be from wear. The tile still looks like new, except needing periodic cleaning.

That said, your team was very nice, professional, just would not clean the tile. This after I had everything moved so they could just knock it out. Took forevery, called the "supervisor" couple times, and ended up not cleaning the tile. So still had them clean the carpet since here, but still very disappointed they could not or would not clean the tile. One stated had an issue with previous customer recently with tile which led to issues. I feel like I was held up by the Union Steward and his Apprentice.

I ended up cleaning all the tile myself after they left since I already had everything moved and out of the way, and it looks fine. Very disappointed, as I only wanted to get my carpet and tile cleaned, to free up my time, so I could do other things, as I tend to do many things myself since most times it is better and I then to not have to listen to banter about why something can't be done or possible, and in the mean time just get it done. More importantly for me, and the reason for me calling your firm in the first place was to free up some time for me, which had the opposite affect, this is not rocket science people.

At this point, I do not know if I dare call next year when you have a tile special as i certainly would not want a repeat performance. Name removed

We had the tile and grout cleaned and it turned out great. Service was quick and the technician as was very thorough and friendly.

The price was reasonable for the job as well; we had seen very high prices advertised elsewhere, so were agreeably surprised at the value of your service. The technician, Tim, could not have been more pleasant; he was friendly; knowledgeable; patient; efficient, yet didn't seem hurried to finish the job; open to questions; conscientious, respected our home; informed us of company's other services, but didn't oversell. We look forward to budgeting for the tile cleaning service on an annual or biennial basis going forward, and will definitely call when we need carpet cleaning! Thank you!

Chris was amazing

I have streaks in my carpet . The streaks are where created in the area was cleaned “twice” , meaning the overlap. That is my best guess. Which shows me that the carpet was not cleaned properly. Happy to provide pictures.
The technician was really nice and I did not notice the streaks until it fully dried ( next day)
My carpet is not the nicest carpet, not sure if I think it looks worse now with the streaks.

While my floor came out much cleaner, I feel the sealing process was pricey.

When shoe covers are worn, they should be taken off before going back out side and put back on upon entering. The floors were left pretty dirty from getting my sectional and chairs cleaned. The guys were nice and pleasant.

We couldn't believe what a difference Zerorez made. Our 8-year-old tile floors look brand new! The grout is sparkling white again. Amazing!

Jeff did an awesome job on our carpets and this is the 1st time we have used Zerorez and will be using them again in the future.
