The only thing lacking in your service is furniture moving and pre-vacuum, results were excellent

Chris, our Tech, was early, friendly, concerned about addressing our cleaning needs, and thorough. He worked hard, did an outstanding job, and the tile he cleaned and sealed in our home looks like new. Great customer service. He even swept the rocks from our desert landscape from the sidewalk where his hose had dragged them back where they belonged. Excellent technician. We have used them before and will again. Super Excellent Service!!! Not only were they able to come out and clean the same day, but they even came a little bit early!! The tech was friendly, professional, safety conscious, and was very thorough!!! Terrific customer service on the phone and throughout the entire process!!! We ALWAYS use ZeroRez because it really cleans the carpet and stains do not come back. It's such a CLEAN process with no residue!! Carpet and furniture come very clean and they feel like new again!!

You left my carpet SOAKING WET. It took 2 full days for it to dry and our regular house vacuum
does not get out the rake lines in my expensive carpet. I have a house keeper coming tomorrow to see if she can get the lines out and soften the carpet, and if she can't....I will be calling you.

The young man, I don't remember his name, was wonderful and very pleasant and did his best. Not his fault but your tile cleaning system anything like you advertise it as being. The next day after having floors cleaned I used a paper towel to wipe up a melted ice cube and the paper towel was brown form picking up dirt. VERY disappointed.

I have used Zerorez for years, both in NV and AZ. For me, the whole system from booking to the finish cleaning has ALWAYS been perfect. The first and still one of the most important is the no residue left on the carpet, the carpets are not soaked and dry completely within hours. (I do wait overnight to move furniture back on it, but that makes me feel better knowing it is absolutely dry.
Zach was very attentive to our needs. He tested his equipment on an area first. When it dried, we agreed that it will improve the look of the grout. He set up & was finished in a couple of hours. Our daughter came over and was amazed at the floor. Now she wants her side Zerorez’d. I have already recommend Zerorez & Zach to others. This will be a yearly service. Thank you Zerorez for a great product & staff.

The gentleman that came to our home to clean our carpet was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. They do a great job and it's all done in a timely fashion.we will use them for our future carpet cleaning needs and would highly recommend using zerorez.
I think Zerorez should be presenting a year package of 2 to 3 times a year with savings.

The carpet is extremely crunchy and stiff after having them cleaned. Almost appears discolored in places. This was our first time using Zerorez and was always told how amazing they were and did not have that “crunch” feeling after this was absolutely not the case for us. A huge section of our carpet was completely missed as well. When it came to the tile, our house is less than 2 years old. There were still many spots where it is noticeable that it was not as deeply cleaned. For over $600 I am pretty disappointed in our services we received with zerorez.
Great customer service and my technician (I believe his name was Jacob) was a great young man. He was very friendly, courteous, and thorough in his work and explanation of things.
