areas of my floor that were not cleaned (under bed, under coach, dressers etc) all have puddles today that I had to clean up. some furniture has water puckering. The shower still has areas that are not clean.

My rooms and couches were beautifully cleaned. Robert H. and Ben never stopped for over a good hour. My rugs are almost as good as new and my couches are soooo fine. Good, better and best. Never let them rest until the good is better and the better is the best. The workers were the best and they did their best. The technicians were very polite. They took their time going over the spots that needed attention. They did not saturate the furniture.The furniture dried quickly. I would recommend Zerorez to everyone. Their tecnique does not leave soap residue in the furniture.

I love that no chemicals are used in the cleaning process and the carpet is not crunchy when it is dry. Also, the technicians are always on time, friendly and conscientious about doing a great job.
