Great service and friendly educated technician.
My high traffic area still has a couple of spots after cleaning, and I wish there was something more that could have been done! Overall, great job, but I was slightly disappointed to see that section.

I got my quote for exactly what I wanted done. 560.00. The technician tried to upsell to my husband over 400.00 in upgrades To close to 900.00 We have an 1800 sf home and I only asked for the master bedroom carpet. not even the other two bedrooms. I had paid for our entry way tile to be done. The tech only did 1/2 of it. He did not consider the whole entry way the entry way. The tech charged us for "spot bio cleaning" of pet stains in two rooms areas for 40.00 each area, which we had marked and identified for him ahead of time. We looked last night with the blue light. They are all still there and smell like dog pee still. It did not work at all.
He did do a decent job on the kitchen tile. But only doing 1/2 the entry was ridiculous and leaving the other 1/2 undone unless we paid more. It is a small area.
My friend recommended Zerorez for pet spots, so we agreed to try it. We paid double to you for what we usually pay to have our carpets cleaned and it was a sup par job in that your cleaning technique and "bio treatment" did not make any difference. This is brand new carpet that has never been cleaned and that's why we were willing to pay more for the pet pee stains and carpet to be cleaned.

Making the appointment was a great experience as all of my questions were answered by someone at ZeroRez whom was extremely patient and kind. On day of service, our technician, Oliver, was professional, respectful of our home, and thorough with attention to detail. He also took the time to give us updates/summaries throughout the service. I requested pet urine removal and after the carpet dried, under the black light the stains are still there and it smells bad.
Tile looks worse then it did before cleaning, waxy smears all over the floors.
The technician was nice and friendly but the results are rather poor.
The cleaning solutions are natural and do not leave residue behind.

You won't be disappointed with Zerorez. We used their services years ago & in between other companies, we've seen the light now & won't use any other company from now on. Justin was our technician, knowledgeable with a great personality & manners., our carpet hasn't look this good in a long time.

The upholstery cleaning with Zerorez was less than satisfactory to say the least. I was expecting a lot more based on their reviews. Each item that was spot cleaned was not getting out the stains; which was the purpose of the service. Our tech was very nice and tried his best but at the end of the day we ended up not servicing all of the items
They were timely, polite and professional and did excellent work. My floor looked completely different. I loved my floor when the work was finished.
Fair price for three room carpet cleaning special. Lois did a good job communicating, and I am happy with his work.

Jacob was quick, efficient and good to work with. We ended up adding a bunch of floor work which was not scheduled. It was not a problem for him to stay longer than anticipated. My tile cleaned up very nicely, my upholstery was not perfect but it also was not "crunchy" like other chemical cleaners have left it in the past. In all a great experience.
Brian was knowledgeable and did an excellent job. I didn't think the tile grout could clean up so well. Would ask for Brian again.
