Can't recommend highly enough.
My carpets are 1 1/2 years old and we have had them cleaned in August with zero rez and there were no major issues. The last visit left with the carpets looking the same as it was prior to the cleaning. Even after using the claw there were still some areas that were not resolved. Some areas with issues that were cleaned came back. The prior tech had been able to remove 2 pet areas and this visit they were not. We have noticed that some matting/piling has occurred in the areas Post cleaning as well. This should not happen with this age/quality of carpet.
Your young men are always very nice and hard workers. They do a great job on an old carpet.
It was very easy to schedule an appointment. The serviceman was very friendly and explained the process. He did a great job very quickly. Our hallway looks great!!
I had stairs done and one area rug. $250. A bit pricey, but I guess everything is pricey these days.

Everything!!! The carpets look like new and all pet stains are gone. The tech, Tim, did an outstanding job. He spent a lot of time working to get the stain out. I only use Zerorez!!!

It was a good experience as a first time customer. Your technician was friendly and informative. And while watching him work, he is definitely devoted to his work, so I hope all of your technicians are as devoted. I would have scored a 10 but I think all companies should always strive to better than the last day or last client. The only thing I could remotely criticise is that it would be kinda nice if the solvent or a service was available to add a different scent when done. The job was to clean and remove some pet spots and with the hot water and other cleaning and drying, the odor was obviously not pleasant. So a possible scent to assist would have been nice but not required, just nice. All in all a good experience and will definitely look to them again for future work.

I would never recommend you to anyone, 420.00 for 175 Sq ft, stating it took 4 gallons of product. Also said the carpet was 5 years old, the carpet that had the dog urine on it is less than a year old and had stain protection on it. You need to train your customer service agents better on how to quote a cleaning. My quote went from around 275.00 max to 420.00. Less than 175 Sq ft, in both rooms, of actual cleaning area?????????
