Very pleased with results. The young man who did the work was very polite and very conscientious of taking care of our belongings.

It was very convenient, didn't tale long and dried fairly quickly but for the cost I could have done a much better cleaning renting a machine. I paid for convenience.

The technician was early and very friendly. At all appearances the carpet looked to be clean when he left because it was still drying. After completion of drying, I noticed several large streaks and a place that was completely missed. Will be contacting the company for a redo. Overall the carpet that was cleaned thoroughly looked great. Hoping the carpet that needs a redo will do the same.

After cleaning our tile and groute I was amazed at how clean it was. Amazing job!!

Efficiency great work ethic

I have been a customer for probably 15 years and have recommended this company often to my friends and associates. I am very disappointed in the amount of work I was able or not able to get done under the 3 room special (tile/carpet) . What used to always be considered a room is now two rooms? Either you have changed your requirements or your technicians don't all abide by the same rules. I will not be using Zeroez again.

I feel like they were very fast. Maybe could have been a little more thorough.
