Jez was friendly, thorough and professional. I will certainly request ZeroRez and would prefer to have the same technician. My only critique is that sanitary shoe covers are always worn indoors and that he’s a bit more careful about nicks in the furniture. I have a minor repair needed in in an irreplaceable piece. The cleaning system that is used is brilliant and I’m very pleased with the results.

First, before you came out to clean my Berber carpet, I needed some repairs done. You gave me an excellent referral for someone to do that. Once that was done, the process with Zerorez was easy. You were transparent on pricing. The scheduling was simple. The communication was flawless. Your technician was right on time, friendly and efficient. The work was excellent; if only more Valley companies were like yours!

Clean carpet and friendly employees
I like zerorez because they offer a clean way to clean my carpets that doesn’t damage them. Their online booking was easy and the technician was friendly and good at his job.
I like the fact that there is no residue,no crunch after it dries..Most of all your tec at my Leisure World address was knowledgeable and efficient.. one of the top 5 products I have used in a long time. Will call you in the future and recommend you to everyone.

We still have a three foot long dirty area in the traffic pattern into our bedroom which was the main reason I hired your company for a repeat visit, so that is disappointing. The carpet is only 2 years old so I thought it would come up. Other than that Justin was quite professional and pleasant.
