The carpet feels clean

Very disappointed in our recent tile cleaning experience. Tech came Thursday, immediately said he couldn’t do the job as he needed to dump the water out of his truck. Much time was spent negotiating fees for the “tile cleaning special”, a price higher than what was quoted in July as the non special price. Tech eventually found a place to empty his truck and then came back. By 7:30 pm he said there was a problem and he had called his supervisor. The following day the supervisor came and said he didn’t know what was wrong, but grilled my husband and I saying we “must have used something on the tile”. I assured him the tile was installed within the last year and nothing but RO water had been used to clean it. Then the problem was blamed on the manufacturer. I was then told that a different company was going to come out to fix it. After getting in touch with the second company, they were nice enough to agree to come out on the weekend, as all of our furniture had been moved and by this time had been in a pile for 3 days. New company came out and after spending a full day there was able to fix the complete mess. When I inquired as to what the problem was, I was told perhaps we had an inexperienced tech. We are very disappointed that we never received as much as a follow up call/email/text from ZeroRez to see if we were satisfied. While we understand that with the current state of the world and that many companies are short staffed, the lack of customer service and finger pointing is extremely disappointing.

First time using and was pleased with the outcome. Carpets look and feel great. Technician was courteous and on time. Will definitely use again.

Every time I have Zerorez out to clean my carpet & tile in my home, it turns out amazing!!

I like the idea of no chemicals. I like that we are given a window of arrival and that the service has been prompt. The cleaners themselves are also clean and hard workers.

On time, carpet is nice and clean.

Team was courteous and patient. Told me what they were going to do, explained what I should expect and delivered. If I had any concerns with a particular area, they went the extra mile to make sure it was cleaned to my satisfaction. The floors look amazing!

Your technician, Trey, was very professional, polite, and did a fantastic job. Also, I've had another carpet cleaning company do my flooring a few years ago, but the results were poor. When Trey was done with the work, my carpet look almost brand new and it did not feel "crunchy" due to your cleaning process.

I will definitely contact Zerorez again for furture cleanings!

I would definitely recommend Zerorex and use them again in the future. My technician was very friendly, and the process was seamless from start to finish!

I have used Zerorez services for several years now. The Techancian arrived on time and was very friendly. I had several problem areas and he explained what he could do. He was very thorough and made sure I was happy with each room as he finish them. He did a great job. I would highly recommend Zerorez for carpet cleaning.

I appreciate the friendly, professional technicians who take pride n their work. When my tile is cleaned, everything is basically dry before the technician even leaves the site. It looks great, and I know it's clean.

Your advertisement says
“Zerorez will clean three rooms for $138.00 dollars and get rid of pet stains and pet smell.“

When your Tech (Scott) - whom by the way was very good so no fault to him.
The tech said that it would be an additional cost of $750.00 dollars to remove pet stains & smell.

Had I known that there was an extra cost I would have never called your company. This makes the second time I used your service and both times were very disappointing.

I plan on getting in touch with KTAR and telling them about the “false ad“ as well as tell everyone I know not to use Zerorez

Wonderful technician, did an amazing job and was very respectful of possessions.

Our carpet was really wet I asked how long would it take to dry I was told 6 hours. We had floor fans and ceiling fans on it all day and most of the night. It was dry the next morning except a few spots were still damp. There are still spots that I was hoping would come clean but they are still there. I am going to try to get them out myself. I don't think it was good for our carpet to be so wet. Won't be using your company again.

No chemicals

Very reasonable price to clean the tile and seal the grout. The service person was on time, very professional and thorough. He did an excellent job.
