Chris was amazing and took the time to explain the process as he went along. The service was more than I believed was possible with our floors. It is totally amazing the difference before and then after the service. We most definitely be having Zerorez back in our house again.
The product is great and cleans very well. Carpet and tile. We had no idea our tile floors were so dirty but we do live on a dirt road and have a dirt driveway. However the trainee missed a lot of spots. Next time we will wait until the floor dries and walk the whole thing with the technician before they leave and we pay.

Use a smaller machine to clean tile floors. This machine is too big to reach into corners and around small places such as toilets in the bathroom. Use different methods to seal grout, not with a spray can and allow the technician to also color the grout when sealing it.
Discussed 2 oriental rugs to be cleaned, prior to arrival of serviceman. He declined cleaning one, saying colors might bleed. It was described as wool, prior to visit, and no mention of potential bleeding was made. Was kindly offered 2 plastic bags, no charge, to transport cleaned rugs. Left with no bags and only one cleaned rug.

Professional, on time, quick, friendly and did an outstanding job even cleaned up any water droplets led on the floor. Amazing service easy to schedule and overall and great experience. I will absolutely have them back and recommend them to friends and family.
