Didn’t get all grout as clean as I’d hoped. Spencer did explain the difficulty but I still hoped it would come cleaner.

We had 3 rooms, walk in closet, a hallway and stairs cleaned and Scotchgard for under $500. The service guys were early, courteous and efficient. Under 2 hours and the carpet smelled and looked great.
The carpet came out better than I expected. It’s old and had a lot of stains and dark spots. It almost looks brand new. The guy who cleaned it explained every step of the process as he was cleaning to make sure I knew what he was doing and that I was satisfied with the results. Amazing service!

The tech did a good job and my only criticism would be that we are over 48 hours out on the carpet cleaning and there are parts of the carpet that still aren't dry. We have run fans for the last 48 hours to speed the process. I nthink things will be dry enough to walk on by this evening.
Do not over soak carpet. Communicate well.

Your rep was on time and answered all our questions. Very personable and took care of everything. The carpet looks very nice and we like the fact that it stayed soft, not crusty. Price was reasonable. Would recommend Zerorez to anyone needing carpet cleaned.

The technicians are on time and friendly. Our carpets and tile floors are super clean. No residue or crunchy carpets!
