The technician was very friendly but when asked if I can move a small mattress he said he had already done that room and he also missed every closet in the small bedrooms which very small spaces. Overall the job was ok but I think it could haven been better.

Customer service. Your technician knew more than any other technician from other companies I’ve used. He was also prompt and courteous- all the while training a new employee. I was very impressed, and had been looking forward to this email to give him recognition, but of course I don’t recall his name.

The light brown streaks made as a result of cleaning didn’t go away as technician told us they would. These were not here before.
We understood the shoe polish spot could not be removed. It was the only stain as we have no pets or children in the house.

Also, I forgot to remind him about the closet. Don’t think he did it, however, as I keep the house clean, he may have cleaned it.

Considering the cost, I was disappointed

after letting everything dry my wife and i noticed we can still see the area we most wanted clean. the carpet was just 6 months old and we were hoping the area could look like the rest again.

We just had our carpets cleaned by Zerorez and they did an excellent job. The men were courteous and and arrived promptly. We were very pleased and will be scheduling them again.

There are still spots and the smell in the carpet

Appreciated the $118 for three rooms. Also appreciated being the first stop on the schedule. We were notified by text that they were on their way and 30 minutes away. The two gentleman that came to clean our carpet on 12/30 were efficient and pleasant. They did a good job and paid special attention to our high traffic areas. I appreciate the care they take when bringing in their equipment. The carpets seemed some what damper than they usually are and took two days to dry. We just put some wax paper under the legs of the furniture when we placed it back in the family room. When it dried it looked nice. We had three rooms and a walk in closet cleaned along with protectant in one room and it took them about an hour to complete all. I have allergies and appreciate that when Zerorez cleans our carpet there is no perfumy or janitorial cleaner smell.
