Friendly, affordable, lots of openings with flexible times, and customer service.

This is the 1st time I have used any type of service. Your rep was very friendly and went over questions concerns. There were 3 disappointments.
1. Area on beige chair top of cushion did not come out.
2. Small spot on the green couch was still there.
3. Bed side rails were beautiful, however the headboard may have been better if the cleaning was done up and down instead of across. It left dirty areas on the headboard. Considering all the items that we had done I wish we could have given higher.

He was on time, he was clean and efficient, he was careful, he was polite, he double checked with me to be sure I was satisfied.I think his name was Sean, I'm not sure, but he gets 10 stars! Take good care of him...he is a keeper!

The advertisement on the radio built up this service so much that I thought I would try it out. Robert was great and explained everything to me. When I clean my upholstery again I might use Zerorez again. Depends on pricing.
