Amazing the difference it made
This was my first experience with your company, so I had no idea what to expect. The tech was very timely, and conscientious about his work. They gave me a first time price which was nice. As I said before, cheaper isn't always better. I was happy with this experience.
As this has dried the feeling of the carpet is nice, not crunchy but soft. I like that.

We have been using Zerorez for years because our carpets and area rugs stay cleaner longer due to there "Empowered Water Cleaning Technique". We would never consider contacting any other company to clean our furniture or any of our soft or hard surface flooring.
ZEROREZ IS INDEED THE BEST IN TODAYS MARKET!
We JUST had our new tile and grout installed less than 2 weeks before having ZeroRez out to seal grout. The tile and grout looked amazing (obviously) before ZeroRez was here. I honestly see no difference in the grout, besides that there are now gaps and cracks everywhere (from the pressure of the machine) and there a lot of dark spots, that were NOT there before. I’m very disappointed and would not recommend this to anyone. Wish I would’ve been warned beforehand that ZeroRez would ruin my brand new grout, instead of sealing it and keeping it a nice light color. Honestly it looks awful. Super unhappy.
The carpet cleaning in two rooms was done well and removed all of the minor pet stains. The treatment did not remove any of the pet stains in the third room
How nice my old carpets came back after the cleaning process.
The technician that was at my house changed the price by 35% after he started and left our house with a lot of areas that should have been cleaned. Very disappointed with your service and will not recommend you ever. I will also put a warning on FB and Yelp.

I previously used ZeroRez for a full room of carpet and this time I had an area rug that needed cleaning. Very quick scheduling and rep was amazing and did a great job. I am a definite return customer and refer zerorez to anyone who needs this type of cleaning. Great company.
I was told my carpets would dry in 4-6 hours. It is now 25 hours and they are still damp. I kept all ceiling fans on all night and today…as well as the heat on last night.
He did a good job on some old stains, but a couple of new ones appeared. They could have been in the pad from the last tenants and I’m guessing your equipment brought them to the surface?
I wish I had scheduled an early morning because he didn’t finish until after 6. The orange smell was so strong I had to sleep with my windows open.
