Nothing really. Area rug looks amazing after cleaning but stains/spots appear much quicker & darker than they were before cleaning. I feel like there is a little bit of false advertising.
Technicians were fast, friendly, and knowledgeable.

Our carpet and rug look great! Luis was fantastic. He recommended what needed to be done and it was done much faster than we thought it would be. When we asked about the cost of cleaning a rug her gave us and estimate and did it without making us wait for another appointment. I strong recommend Zerorez to anyone looking for fast, quality service at a reasonable price.
Rugs just looked so much cleaner after they were here & it looked like they did a much better job then the last place I used. I would def use them again.

The cleanest my carpets have ever been
I liked the promptness of my services and the friendliness of the technician. The carpets turned out great. I did notice some residue after drying on the tile causing spots so I had to mop after cleaning, which I wasn’t thrilled about.
Service representative who came to house was very professional and respectful. He also did a great job !

The grout us nowhere as clean as expected. I’m very disappointed and planned on calling Monday morning to see if someone could come back out and we-clean.
