I was out of town while the tile treatment was completed. My spouse was home during the treatment process. I just returned back to Phoenix last night. We both agree that there was absolutely no difference from the tile treatment. The grout remains soiled in the traffic areas. The home is new so the grout has three years of usage. I am very disappointed and will not use this company again. I would have been happy to have seen some improvement.
I will say the treatments on the rugs thankfully were great. Thanks for doing a good job on those. We had three 5x8 rugs cleaned and treated.
