I was surprised to see that after the carpets were done you could still see hi traffic areas and a couple areas where the carpet was apparently dirtier than others. I expected a better "clean"...

The end result!! 15 year old carpet never looked so good. Not to mention Justin being an absolute professional. Even trued to cleaned up after himself, until I told him someone else was already scheduled to clean the floors. You get what you pay for.

We had 2 rooms of carpet, stairs and a tile bathroom cleaned and they came out beautiful, like new! Our representative was extremely nice and professional, he walked me through everything he would be doing and finished quickly, getting out all pet stains and cleaning up afterwards. This was quick, easy and would definitely come back again!!

Usually the carpet is not over saturated after zeroez comes. This last time, the carpet was so over saturated not even in dirty or high traffic areas that its not really crunchy. Tech said 24 hours to dry which was very unusual
