Zerorez is the only carpet cleaning service I will use. Other services that cleaned our carpets looked clean but when it dried the dirt resurfaced. Not with Zerorez - it stays clean, no resurfacing of dirt and carpets and upholstery are well cared for. The technicians are always polite and on time. Happy with the service

Zerorez was easy to work with. Scheduling was easy, the service people are great and the job well done! I loved that there was no perfume smell after and my house just smelled fresh and clean.
The Technician did an pretty good job, he was prompt and worked very fast. The only issue I found was he didn't open doors in the hallway so the carpet under those doors are still dirty and you can tell the line of demarcation.
We like the friendly environmental process used in cleaning, and the Zerorez service representatives are always so efficient and personal...Another home run!
The upholstery on our couch and son’s armchair looked amazing! They did a great job on our super dirty backseat of our car too! Customer Service was outstanding when I had a pricing issue!!!

We have used Zerorez several times & you have always done a fantastic job. From the first phone call to schedule to keeping in contact as to progress of arrival, etc.We were especially impressed with Matthew who cleaned the carpets. Very personable, kept us informed at each step, & just a terrific personality.

Critical: Quality
We truly had high hopes for Zerorez. The tech was very professional and courteous. Very nice. We thought zerorez was different. We were told the carpet would be slightly damp when they left and a dry time of 4 to 8 hours. We are 22 hours in and our carpet is soaking wet. It's crunchy in certain spots and the spots remain. We have berber carpet on our stairs and upstairs only. We never wear shoes on carpet at any time. Carpet is 5 years old and in great shape. Overall, spots still remain carpet looks the same and now we have to hope it drys sometime soon. Spent almost 400 for 1300 sq feet. Also, the bathroom tile didn't clean very well either. Your tech did leave some equipment on our porch as well if you need it back. It also leaked all over our paver porch and we believe it's now stained. Waiting to see if it dries out. It was tipped on its side and leaked all evening. Please feel free to see review photos on Google.
