We contacted them with a issue regarding scratches/gouged area in our new tile and have not heard back from them.

You advertisement states that the cleaning does not leave the carpet crunchy, but we had a lot of crunch when it was dry. Also, I am not impressed with the finished product. It still looks dirty in a lot of spots.

Your product is very fresh smelling and effective. While your product is great, your service guy, Jacob, was excellent. He was very informative and addressed all our questions and concerns. He was very hard working and thorough. He has a great customer rapport. We had some hard- to-clean areas and they look 95% better. We are very happy with the results. We would use ZeroRez again and will refer them to friends. It was great dealing with all your staff.

Well, I certainly was impressed with the guy that came out to do my whole house. I was dedicated to my former carpet cleaning company for 15 years. It was your commercial about the pet urine cleaning that sold me to give you guys a shot. Although I paid more to get my "wicked" stains to disappear, it was well worth the money.
