The carpet was not cleaned well.
There are several places where the carpet now has dark and dirty stains that were not there previously. The stairs are now dirtier than they were before.
I went for Zerorez knowing that you have a good reputation in the market but I am very disappointed

Very good job , My wife and I were very pleased.
We were told that the last time ZeroRez was at our facility that we had the carpets and Vinyl cleaned. We were told that the same would happen this weekend 11-20-2021. ZeroRez did not assess the task or give us a time frame for completing the work. It appeared to easily be a 2 person job and we were informed that the Vinyl was not on the work order, and now we have to reschedule to have the vinyl completed which we most likely will not due to our capacity to complete this task. This is just a review of my experience this time, and not an overall view from our company. If there are any questions, comments, or concerns, please feel free to reach out to the Safety Department of Tel Tech Networks, at any time.

Professional technician with quality service
The 2 man team was polite and on time. The floors were not clean along the edges or corners. I have hand cleaned them since then.
Very fast service they fit me in the same day I called within 2 hours. Jeff was the best he got the job done quick and thorough.
Great company/product however Evan was wonderful. He explained the breakdown of cost and procedure , it was refreshing .
For some reason my carpeting was crunchy this time. Appears to be clean but I have never experienced this crunchy feeling from your service before. I was a bit disappointed

The technician was not very professional and did not even offer the Scotchgard until he was completely done and ready to leave.
Maybe I had a different expectation but we still had a couple stains and when my husband went over our carpet with our carpet cleaner afterwards it still sucked up dirt.

We had our carpets cleaned last Friday. Zach was our guy. He was the nicest, kindest guy we’ve ever had. He was extremely grateful to have a job he loved. Said this is the best job he’s ever had. We are so happy with our carpets as they always look amazing. And thank you to Zerorez for hiring amazing people!
